What a great find! The food is absolutely delicious, and the East Coast twist with adding Lobster tail to Ramen was delicious. Highly recommend!

Was disappointed about the amount of spicy options. Out of the 4 spicy options 3 of them were with shellfish.

As someone allergic to shellfish that like spicy i felt like there weren't enough options

I've never eaten ramen before but I came here with my son who loves ramen. He was over the moon with the food. I loved it! Hot and very delicious. I couldn't finish my bowl. Lovely service delicious food

Man, don't even get me started. The service is SO attentive, any time my water was starting to get empty, before I could even think to flag someone down or ask for some, my server was already filling it up. The atmosphere is amazing.

I really feel like I went to Japan or Korea for my time here and the music, decor, smells, and sounds all compliment the atmosphere.

All of that, and the food is insanely good. I did find a hair in my food, but that happens from time to time and the people are clean so I wasn't too worried.

I highly highly highly recommend this place and I will be coming back the next time I come to Moncton.

I've always wanted to try actual ramen and today I decided to go with their signature ramen the tokai ramen. It is by far the greatest meal I have ever had. The seafood was fresh and perfect, the noodles were flawless, the broth was delicious and spicy but the perfect kind of spicy, there was no left over overwhelming smell of seafood, the pork was some other level stuff. All in all I paid 39.50 for the meal and it was overwhelming worth every cent. I recommend it to everyone. Well done to the staff and chefs. Your food is now my most favorite food of all time and I'm said I live I another province but I will stop by every chance I get.

Simply the best bowl of ramen east of Montreal. Affordable luxury, amazing food, fantastic atmosphere and vibe with stellar service. The spicy chicken karaage is to die for.

Delicious! The seating area is a bit small, and there was a wait when I arrived. The ramen was great. I got the pork and pork bone broth and it was delicious

Went there earlier this year hoping to a small store and ended in quite the fancy location. Had two adults two kids, ended with 90$ bill. Was worth every penny.

Was expecting a fairly traditional ramen. The tonkatsu ramen that I ordered was not bad, however, I would have preferred the soup base to bit a bit thicker and more flavorful. I thought the egg was also done just a little bit more than I would have liked.

This is such a great ramen restaurant. Every single time I have eaten here, it's been perfect! The food is flavourful and all requests for ommissions or changes were easy. The are FAST. Cute setting. And most importantly, the staff provide incredible service.

If you order a vegetarian ramen, just check that no meat or left over from the kitchen made it into your bowl. This was an issue for the one ordered.

Huge serving, honestly was way to much for me, and price was reasonable for 2 meals and a side. But OMG the vegetable crocett I could eat them forever, need to learn how to make em since nothing like this at home.

Good service and the ramen came out relatively quick. I was expecting a richer broth especially since it is Tonkatsu. All in all, good experience and would come back to try the other flavors.

Cozy place, appetizers were awesome.when it comes to the ramens itself it was tasteless, egg was overcooked, wasnt fresh noodles.and found a hair in my bowl. I was soooo disappointed because i saw the review and seemed to be good.maybe just wrong day wrong batch but tasted nothing ️ for the price i dont think ill to back

Another Japanese restaurant in Moncton, they have a lot of choices of Ramen. The also have rice meals. But if you are craving for sushi they dont have it. Nonetheless, their rames are worth to try. All the foods are in big servings.

Most amazing ramen I have ever had in my life the staff were great. My 5-year-old said that she wanted ramen for her birthday and when they brought her a bowl bigger than her head I don't think she could have been happier.

Where do I start. I've been around and gone to many ramen bars. This is my favorite place so far.
I've been coming to this place since they've opened and I've tried even item on the menu. I have yet to be disappointed by something they make.

The place is a smaller setting but still has a very comfortable feeling to it. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and are willing to help you alter a dish if needed. The food is AMAZING! There are so many flavors and every dish tastes different.

If you've never had ramen before and don't know what to choose, I suggest the Tonkotsu Ramen. This is a place I could eat at every day if I could. Would highly recommend if you're in Moncton and looking for a place to eat. 10/10

Food is okay. We got take out and had their miso and shoyu ramen. The miso was better than their shoyu but the flavor was lacking. But chashu was good and nicely grilled.

Great fresh good. Their karaage chicken is so good! I really love their Miso ramen, but you can't go wrong with any of the dishes. Super clean and professional.

This is the best ramen place! It's one of my favorite restaurants in Moncton as well. Tokai has nice lighting, great wait staff and the food comes quick and is incredibly delicious. The noodles are so fresh and the broth is excellent.

Awesome food served quick, best ramen in town! Nice quaint atmosphere. Needs a vestibule to help keep the cold winter air from rushing into the restaurant whenever patrons walk in.

One of my FAVORITE places to eat in Moncton! The portion size is way more that I can eat in 1 sitting, but I try every time. This is also the most consistent restaurant I've ever been too, you will never be let down. If your looking for a GREAT ramen or something new to try, TOKAI RAMEN is something you have to try:)

Excellents plats de ramen et bon service. J’adore celui au fruit de mers, incluant le homard et pétoncle. Le Orochung est aussi parmi mes préférés. La terrace est ok, l’intérieur est petit et souvent plein, mais ça vaut la peine d’attendre ou d’aller au comptoir face à la fenêtre.

Definitely a favorite of mine since returning to Canada and I'll always recommend them. Very quiet despite being on the main Street, good food selection, and great hospitality.

Loved our lovely lunch on the patio today! We had a bulgogi donburi. Portion size was great and the service and flavour was bang on! We'll definitely be back

Delicious and very filling. It's definitely worth the price! I highly recommend their Tonkutsu ramen made with real pig bone broth and served with slices of roasted pork belly!

Service was good. You could change meat to tofu or cheese if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Would like to try more next time.

Tokai Ramen is my go-to noodle spot in Moncton. Gotta love a hot, spicy bowl of ramen in the winter! The Moncton King is my favourite. Friendly staff and good noodles.

Truly a hidden gem in Moncton. Came across it by accident, and will now for sure go back. Not only was the food, generously served, as it was definitly a full meal, and delicious, full of flavor. What made it even better was the outstanding customer service by our waiter who was very attentive and nice. Can't wait to try another dish next time.
