Service forgot to order parts, not once, but twice. I waited a week in the Cove parking lot (parts were for a camper van) just to show up on the day of my appointment to them forgetting to order parts. TWICE!

Then the job that shoulda taken 15 minutes to do, kept me there for an hour because the mechanic was playing around with things in my van (walked in on him flicking my aux lights on and off in the shop)

Irresponsible and incompetent are the only words I can use to describe my experience here.

So bad I’m not even sure where to begin
Truck didn’t have feature I thought was on it
Paper work wasn’t ready, had to wait two hours for that
Had to pay 699 extra over the sales price for a useless warranty I never wanted and asked to have removed, told it was policy. So your policy is to sell people a warranty they don’t want?

Bought a new 2022 F150 and can't activate my fordpass with the vehicle. 3 trips now to the dealer and I finally got it in to see a tech. Nothing they can do, seems a "part" was not installed from the facotry so my app is useless, no remote start, no remote lock or unlock and they have no idea when the part will be in.
ALL of this should have been checked during the PDI, that's why they charge such a large amount to the customers at time of purchase. Very disenchanted with the entire process.should have gone back to Ram. Never again ford.never again. Zero stars if I could, no answers, no eta's, and not offered anything for all my trouble. I will never own another found on road dead again.

Found smelly oil rag in my truck after a oil change, and oil was overfilled. Poor work practices of oil change tech.

I am very pleased with my last maintenance check on my 2012 Ford Escape. I did have to have some issues with gas smell but Chris JARDINE, my mechanic, fixed the problem and put 2 snow tires on the front Thank you for your excellent service. The staff try their best to work an appointment suitable to my available time. Excellent service by Erran, and Chris J. Love my Ford Escape. Still low in KM's and works great

I bought 3 or 4 new vehicles and a few used from Towne. Was treated fairly and have no problem recommending this place.

Best dealership in town hands down. Always a great supporter of our annual Trout Derby. The service I get from these guys are top notch. You can't ask for a better bunch. Hats off to these guys.

Got new truck in one day.got ford jacket, floor mats, orderd window shades and custom seat covers for back and front got 1/2 off the shades, covers Ford ordered were the most expensive and that company forgot a piece for back seat. I should of put order in myself when I looked at website, come in any color and price range but overall Terry & staff did great job. 8.5 out of 10

My vacation started off a bit rocky 2 days in when I encountered some car troubles while visiting family on the CHI from Cape Breton, NS. Made it to Towne Ford and was greeted in the showroom with a smile by the receptionist. She directed me to the service department, where Erran served me. She was very prompt to help and sympathetic to my vehicle Troubles. Within the hour the service technician had checked my vehicle and informed me that it would require repair, that would last a few days, due to parts ordering. Erran called the rental company and made all arrangements for me, making the situation a bit less stressful. We kept in touch during the week and had me on my way with a fixed vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to bring my vehicle there again, if need be! Thanks guys!:)

I have been 100% team Terry for more then 20 yrs. I have bought many many vehicles.new and used over the yrs. Also has the best parts department anywhere. Danny in parts in absolutely stellar! Adding Tina to the service department another great choice!

Very poor service. I dropped off my Ford Fusion on Dec. 26 after it stalled on the road and was able to get it going enough to get it into the Ford dealership in Miramichi. This is where my car was purchased and has previously had been maintained. On Dec. 27 I went to the dealership and explained the problem. A fuel sensor in the gas tank was likely the issue. I also had a list of maintenance- MVI, oil change, winter tires that are on the rims put on car, check of rust sensor, and battery placed in key. I was contacted and informed that the part would not be in until Monday Dec. 31. I called on Mon. Dec. 31 and no freight had moved that day the part had not arrived. I asked if I could have a rental or a demo car due to the length of time it was taking for my car. No rental available and a demo would have to be set up with my sales rep. Thursday Jan. 3I was called and informed that for MVI my car would require 2 rear struts and mounts. I agreed to have fuel sensor put on and rejection sticker placed on my car. My car still was not ready for pick-up. On Tuesday Jan. 8 I called and my car was still not ready. I informed them at 1pm I had an appointment and they said they would get it finished. I called shortly after the first call and having had enough of this run around asked for the courtesy car to pick me up and I was told my car had just been taken in to have the winter tires put on. I informed them to take it out now and enough is enough. I had spent my four days off without a car confined to my house and was at my wits end.
On my way home I took my car to another shop and made an appointment. On Friday Jan. 8,2019 I had my car re-inspected and it was found that nothing was wrong with my rear struts and mounts. Also common sense that when the tires are taken off for MVI that the winter ones would be put on. My total appointment time was 40 minutes in and out. I will not be bringing my car back to Ford dealership in Miramichi and I will not ever purchase another car from them.

I'm very satisfied with the service and the friendly workers. The salesman was very knowledgeable and knows his job well. The financial person was very professional. This is my second purchase and I would recommend people to go and experience Town Ford for future purchases.

Personally I am.not a Ford lady! Reason I was there is cause my last client has a Ford and I had to assist the drama king MF@://&effffor js They did Make a few that I liked as in Lincoln and Mercury Marquette.

Service as usual was excellent and I very much appreciated the phone call to remind me that the inspection was due. I am leaving the province for Xmas and I probably would not have thought about it
