If I could put a zero stars I would the management working there is totally unprofessional him, saying he never said shut up let me speak when he cut into my grandmother speaking an then after my Nana get home, decided to call and complain to management. He told her he was speaking to her after she complained then proceeded to be rude and saying, I don’t ever wanna deal with you ever again!

Very helpful staff with repairs and dealing with insurance stuff also. I been going here cpl years and will go again.

Updated because I had some pictures of what my paint used to look like. Had my 2021 Lariat Ford Ranger taken here for some minor scratches and paint defects from the factory like drips of dry paint breaking off the driver rocker panel. It was all covered by warranty. They however took 2 and a half weeks without calling me to inform of the delays because it was supposed to be done on 3 separate occasions. While having my truck one of their employees must have tested out the stereo they ran the new battery down and had to recharge it. They failed to do the right rocker panel so repaired one that had no issues yet left the other side still chipped to bare metal. The minor scratches from the factory were not removed but they did try to buff it or polish improperly leaving every panel of the truck covered in the swirls and buff marks you will see in the images. This whole while Rob the manager said the delays were due to them trying to get it perfect. Oh and they put a ding on the edge of my door when they must have opened it into something. The whole work order I saw but did not have to pay was over 2600 dollars. This is absolutely unacceptable and I wish I were never part of this scam. I'm sure they can repair dents and rust possibly but they finish as you can see is far from anywhere near quality. Would never choose to use this shop again. This is not normal characteristics of clear coat as the manager Rob states. No Rob you told me you couldn't and that this is normal characteristics of clear coat. You gave the negative experience you could have corrected this long before but you lie like saying it was not buffed or polished at all. You told me over the phone my truck was in the wash bay when I was looking at it sitting in your parking lot. Stop lying.

If you're looking for an auto body repair shop I can highly reccomend visiting Trinity Collision Centre for a quote. Our 2011 Elantra Touring had two mishaps during it's life (once covered through insurance, once out of pocket) and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work. I was pleasantly suprised when I picked up our vehicle to see they had taken the time to clean a winter's worth of dust from the interior and they even dressed our tires giving the sidewalls a nice shine. They were able to match the paint on the small repaired area to the older surrounding paint perfectly. Intact Insurance had reccomended them to us, and now I know why.

We were in a collision and we chose this place to take our truck; I cannot stress how easy it was with the staff to communicate on what the processes would be to fix our truck, the professional manner they had, and we were very happy with the work they did as well as they washed and cleaned inside the truck for us. I would recommend them to anyone to have work done if they need it.

Trinity Collision is my first body shop experience and after the amazing work they done to the car, it will be my only body shop I will go from now on. Customer service is amazing, the repair went faster then it was schedule for and the car came out like it wasn't damage at all in the first place, very impressive! Highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely would never recommend this place. Not on time. A week ago, they blame other people for their misjudgement of jobs. They do not communicate with the customer. You always have to chase them. I will make sure to prevent you from making that mistake. There are much better options out there.

For the past 2 collision reparations I had, I went to Trinity Collision centre. Stephanie was that best part to deal with, she’s efficient on time and always calls if there’s ambiguity. Sadly, after doing extra repair at that location for minor rust and paintwork. The after-sale service wasn't up to par. I walked in for an estimate for paint flaking but was turned around for various reasons. Bodywork they did was low quality and as a result, rust reappeared. They repaired it the first time, but I was turned around on this one. If done correctly, I should not need to paint my car every year. As for the situation from last year's repair, paint is flaking off and is was told: ” this is not covered, something must have chipped it”. The lesson of the day was, don't repaint your car where there's a lifetime warranty on it. Because at the end of the day, something, somehow or something is gonna touch that paint and that warranty won't be worth much. Very disappointed.

I was dissatisfied at first but Rob took the time to make things right and took care of my issues for me which was much appreciated

The repairs was okay, but they cleaned my car and there’s a lot of stuff missing. After I asked them about it, they pretended they got a lot of cars broke in the night before. There’s money missing and electronic equipment. My compartment in between my two seats is completely empty. They said it wasn’t their responsibility and told me to call my insurance company. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!

Trinity recently completed a major repair on my vehicle resulting from an accident. They were very prompt, providing status updates and executed a very timely repair. In addition, they were quick to follow-up to ensure the repair was to my full satisfaction. The vehicle looks brand new like it came from the manufacturer, including the free detailing. I would recommend their service!

No one wants to visit such a place, but if you need to, go there. Had the car fixed in half the estimated time, while providing us with updates during the process.

Not a good experience. I was called the day of the last snowstorm to come to pick up my car at Trinity Collision Center. After taking 20 minutes to clean off the rental, I arrived at Trinity Collision and was told I had to first return my rental to Enterprise. The rep simply stated that Enterprise was just down the hill and I could walk back. I was not advised of this during the phone call. I told them that I had broken my collar bone back in September and was nervous to walk back up the hill to Trinity to get my own vehicle. It was reiterated that this is what I had to do. I drove to Enterprise and they were fantastic. I was greeted immediately upon arriving with a smile. They told me to stay inside to stay warm and they would check the rental. Taking very little time to check my rental, they warmed up a car and had someone drive me back to Trinity Collision.
On arriving back at Trinity, I asked where my car was. The rep pointed at a long row of cars parked on the side. My car was about the eighth car down and covered with snow. No one offered to clean off the snow or bring the car to the entrance with it warmed up. So, I simply walked to my car and took another 20 minutes to clean off the snow and get it warmed enough for me to drive home. I was shocked that no one even offered to review with me the repairs they had done and check to see if I was satisfied with my car as it was. I drove home and still do not know if the repairs were done properly. Everything looks okay but I am not certified in collision repair.
I left Trinity Collision Center that day with a feeling of neglect and disrespect. I worked in marketing and sales for years and could not comprehend that type of customer service. I am now retired but will not forget the experience and feeling of indifference I experienced.

Great service.they fixed my suv in no time at all.did a perfect job and had my car shining spotless inside and out.would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The service was great. They had us in very quickly and the work was completed about 2 days later and looked perfect. They even ended up cleaning the interior of our car making it look brand new, which we didn’t expect.

Very pleased with the service. I brought my truck in for an appraisal and on extremely short notice it was in the shop for the job. The final work was of the highest quality & the vehicle was show room clean. Well worth the required time & $.

I had my back panel replaced on my F150 which went perfectly. Everything looked great. They completely cleaned up the truck and it looked fantastic when I picked it up.

Fast forward a few months later, when I washed my truck (Yes I know I don't wash my truck often). While I was spraying the pressure washer on the panel that was not replaced, I started noticing a small scratch, it kinda just appeared when I sprayed. Then, when I wiped, more scratches started showing up.

These scratches were not there before, and appeared to have been covered up somehow. Whatever was used to buff them out, came off when I started washing the truck. Over time it got even worse. Now, every time I look at my truck, I am completely devastated.

I cannot logically explain the scratches otherwise. They must have attempted to cover up their damage while working on my truck. Of course I cannot prove this, therefore; congratulations Trinity Collision Center, you got away with it.

Find somewhere else to bring your vehicle, this place clearly doesn't care about their clients.

Fixed my vehicle but got it back without my watch and portable harddrive. Also destroyed the spare tire while relocating and reinstalled in trunk until I spoke up.

Not sure what happened here they seemed well enough invested.

I had my car looked over for a repair at another shop. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they told me there was nothing they could do unless they buy the parts, they handed me an invoice for $20.00 for looking at my vehicle. When I asked for my quote they said they didn't do one? Total waste of time. I wouldn't have minded a charge if they at least took the time to have a quote ready once I arrived. Clearly they couldn't be bothered.

A little frustrated, I immediately drove to Trinity Collision Center where I met with Andrew. He took the time to look at some pictures I had on my phone. Came out to the parking lot to look at my car, got underneath to check it out. We went back inside, he did his thing on the computer and provided me with a quote on the spot. Exactly what I needed, no charge. Whole process took about 10 minutes. Quality service.

Brought my truck in for repairs got it back with a short in wires.some of my interior lights dont work, due to slapping it together and pinching wires.door panel wasnt even put back together properly.screws fell out door handle and plastic clips broken.only good thing i can say about the place is the receptionist is nice lady.whatever mechanic worked on my caar is an idiot.

Recently had the door repainted on my SUV by TC and couldn't be happier with the result. Fast, professional service, and the door looks perfect.

Fantastic service and excellent body work on my vehicle. My new SUV had recently suffered some costly damage to the undercarriage and did not pass inspection. After consulting with my insurance provider, I determined it would be less expensive to pay for the repairs out of pocket to avoid inflating my premiums over multiple years. I consulted many different body shops within the Moncton area and, even though I was clear with my intent to not go through insurance. Even with that said, many other body shops provided me with estimates around $3,500 to $4,500 even when I was clear I wasn't going through insurance. As such, they were trying to get me to replace entire components of the undercarriage instead of attempting to fix where the damage was. Trinity Collision was able to estimate the work for a repair at just shy of $800, and actually came in LESS than their estimate. My SUV then passed inspection without any issue. Excellent service, they set up clear expectations and delivered 100%. Also, Stephanie (the office manager) was a delight to deal with. This will be the first place I check if I ever need more body work done on my vehicles.

I was kept up to date on the progress for the repairs. The staff were excellent to deal with and the repairs were very well done.
