Trius Taxi

Several terrible experiences with this company, their tap doesn't work a majority of the time, so make sure you bring your bank card, their system also charges you an extra dollar for using your debit, so you're better off paying for it in cash. Pretty pricey, but the car is clean, don't expect much of a conversation tho.

Currently in a cab that literally refused to go more than 90 in a 110. Complete scam, maybe drive the speed limit and you’ll get a tip.

Trius has always been good but I would like to report a certain driver who took me downtown on Thursday Oct 19 driving a vehicle with plate number H25879 around 3: 10PM. We were passing George St. Middle School and was furious at the car before us for being slow and honked. It seems as though this driver is not aware that school zones have 30km/hr speed limit. I hope you will take time to investigate this driver. We don't want our children's safety be compromised.

Awful company, cabs stink and drivers are uneducated and rude. They will try to scam you any chance they get. Use Checker or Ace Taxi, much better service, price, and drivers. If we stop supporting these terrible services, they will run out of money and go out of business!

The dispatcher named Gerrard is very rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for the owner of the company because he hired an incompetent person that will cause him to lose customer.

Spent 300$ a month for 2 years with them. Always long wait, but today after 30 minutes waiting, the cab drive right pass me. I call trius to inform them, they tell me he is around the corner and hang up. He is not. Call again and i get hit by "i don't have time for that, go find him, stop calling".

Well i am not giving them a single dime again.

They took the wrong guest from the hotel (even though they asked for our suite number) which at 4.30am is not ideal! The live tracking is great to see when your cab is getting close, but not so great to see it has left without you and is halfway to your destination!

Friday at 4.30am to the airport so luckily the person who took our cab had booked a cab themselves and we were able to convince their driver to take us instead.

Apparently charges a $30 flat flee to go from northside to northside? Makes a lot of sense when my driver takes me from 70 Barton crescent all the way to the south side to get to 70 colwell despite both of these locations literally being both these locations being on the northside instead takes me through downtown and princess Margaret.basically just a money scam they’ll take you the longest way to get to your destination to charge you the most. Called dispatch to try and solve this considering I’ve taken this company for a while and i was hung up on lol

Terrible rude driver.called to complain and they were sarcastic and rude.would never get in a taxi from here again.driver was angry and sped up as his anger progressed.

I would rather walk then get into a taxi with Trius. If you are being cut off in Fredericton traffic it's most likely one of their drivers

On the plus side, our trip to the airport provided us with an exotic experience all on its own. Our driver arrived early and greeted us outside his cab as he made short work of a cigarette. From there we made record time to the airport for our early morning flight, completing what is typically a 25 minute drive in just 15 minutes. We clung to our seats as we rocketed through the empty streets. Our olfactory senses were tickled with stale tobacco and body odor as we enjoyed specially curated music reminiscent of a hooka bar. On arrival at the airport the trunk opened and I had just enough time to grab our bags before his taillights disappeared into the darkness to treat another customer to an experience of a lifetime. We were only going to Toronto, but the hectic pace and sensory treatment had us transported to another part of the world. Bravo, Trius.

Just get out that taxi, oh my god, obviously that driver hate all " rich people ", he said business owners don't pay tax, and when you don't agree with him, he just stop the car and yell at me face, even his spittle is on my face, not so safe during covid I guess, lol

A terrible overall experience, had us waiting for over an hour, gave us the run-around as to where our cab was, and provided no details whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional, and I will be using anything but this company in the future.

Guy on the phone was very short with me. Driver was nice but would speed around corners and almost got in an accident. Had road rage after that and gunned it through intersection to my destination. Not the best.

Always helpful, quick, and nice for a conversation. Driver brought me to the vet for my rats appointments, he was very nice.

When I first started taking the cab I chose Trius because they were the best price. Well not anymore! Now they have meters and start at 6$ off the bat. Where I’m from the flag starts at like 2-3$ Like holy that’s expensive probably wont be able to take a cab anymore because it’s way to expensive.

So when I first took these cabs it was 18$ it’s now gone up to 30$ in a year and a bit, it’s increased by 11$ I totally understand prices go up, but these are going up so fast I’m going to have to find another way. Or maybe they will give a break with starting at 6$ it’s insane!

Trius Taxi have been very good for me, the only time you have to wait a bit is when all taxi companies are very busy. I even had 1 taxi drive me around the whole day and the driver knew where he was going and was very courteous. Trius is now my default ride, Thank you Trius.

I don't recommend to use Trius. The story is below:

I ordered a taxi from uptown to airport on June 2nd. I admit we have many luggages (however, it's me who lifted most of those, because the driver is too fat to move any). I was ok with that. However, when it arrived at the airport, he charged me $60 which is as double as the normal rate (~$30). I asked him why.he told me because it took 10min to load the luggage and it's too many. I called the connecting service, that guy (who always sounds like sleepy) told me "you didn't ask the price". Wow. I was shocked.

I will never use them again in Fredericton and I hope the economy there can still boost without them.
