Went to rent a car dolly and the lady at the desk ended up yelling, stressing out and even threatening to not do a contract over accusingly speaking too fast. Avoid this location as it was horrible customer service.

I booked online, they were overbooked, the time frame that was given to me was reduced by an hour than originally told, making us rush to get things done. They need more inventory and better communication. People at this site were very friendly to me and helped in all ways possible. Customers Please make sure you have all you need to rent before going, if not it slows down the rest of us. Making the turn around even shorter. Thank you

Booked a U-Haul online, when I went to pick it up the lady at the desk was EXTREMELY rude and first accused me of making my reservation "while sitting in the parking lot". After she checked the computer and realized that I had reserved it in advance, she then accused me and my friend of planning illegal activities with the U-Haul truck. My friend walked out and went to the car because he was tired of it, so she then started saying "Oh he's nervous, I've seen this before. Something is going on here, that's suspicious. "

On top of all that, she made me detail my exact destination and stops along the way, calculated the distances using maps and then charged me a deposit of 100$ more than the actual U-Haul price.

I felt like I was in a police interrogation and after being questioned for 20-30 minutes I was finally able to get the truck, but she made sure to threaten that if she "caught me doing anything illegal the cops would be called"

I will NEVER rent a U-Haul or go to this place for any kind of service EVER AGAIN. The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. U-Haul should be ashamed and should not be allowing this business to be associated with their company.

Favorite place to rent. I have been renting from here for years. Operators are very down to earth and pleasant people. I enjoy their wit and concern for their clients.

They are affordable and fix vehicles pretty well. They also pump your gas for you. They are friendly people.
