UC Baby 3D Ultrasound

I went twice, once for gender reveal at 18 weeks and again at 31 weeks. Both times were amazing experiences. At the 31 week, we had some issues with baby sleeping with his face pressed up against my uterine wall so we couldn’t really get a good picture at first. The ultrasound tech gave us an opportunity to leave and come back to see if he’d wake up or move a little. Which was awesome! And we ended up getting some decent pictures in the end. Would definitely recommend!

Nightmare - Had a very bad experience! We paid for a bronze package because we wanted to keep a video as a memory of this pregnancy. However, we got a call saying they lost the video and they can't retreive it. Not only did they lack sympathy, they didn't offer a re-do, but a (stupid) 20$ refund! We traveller 4 hours to go get this 3D ultrasound to end up with NO VIDEO. Very very very dissapointed by their lack of professionnalism and understanding. They can redo a video, I can't redo my pregnancy! So angry. They could at least offer a proper refund. This is crazy

Absoloutely terrible experience. I went here in 2021 to get a 3D ultrasound done. I paid for the highest package. Their website said there was allowed 4 visitors at the time. We got there after driving from over 2 hours away to be told that they haven't updated their website. My parents were allowed to wait in the waiting room but not be in the other room with me. I was so distraught in tears and the man at the front desk was so insensitive, and kept saying none of it was his fault. My package also said it came with a bear with a heartbeat as well but then he said I had to pay extra as they didn't update the website. Absoloutely disgusting to not stand by what is written on your website. At this time covid had been around for 1.5 years so there's no excuse to not update those rules. The women in the ultrasound room was much nicer, but that man at the front desk should be fired, the way he talked down to me and made me cry is still affecting me years later and robbed me of what should have been a great experience especially for the hundreds of dollars I had to pay.

A wonderful experience, very informative! A cozy and comfortable space that makes you feel right at home.
