Turned away for having a SHOPPING cart in a SHOPPING mall. Sooooo much money spent at this store over the years come to an end.

I’m standing in the store waiting for my daughter and wife to pay, theirs a lineup at the cashier, I see about four employees on the floor not doing much, a couple of them are chatting seeing that they need help at the register and one is dancing around doing nothing, where is the efficiency in the store? What a waist.

Asked an associate for assistance for sizing and that and it seemed like I was bothering her. Really bad customer service

Store doesn't apply the scanning code. They will advertise an item on sale and charge you full price. If you don't notice it they won't match the sales price. If you notice it and ask for the 10$ rebate they will fight until they died so they don't apply it.u won't go back there and will not buy from them again. At least not at this store

Really really! Good place but some things are overpriced in my opinion like a bag for 30$ is tooo much but I hope u make the prices so I still have money when I walk out of the shop?

The staff doesn't appear to be well trained and they don't carry a lot of different sizes. Every time I bring the little one in she leaves dissatisfied as they don't have her size in stock. The store is very well kept though.

The store has the best deals! I really like to shop over there.only thing is that sometimes it's hard to find the right size for someone who's petite like me

Large selection of clothing at really good prices. Usually the trendy stuff the kids are wearing. Bunch of friendly staff working all the time, so its easy to get assistance and quick checkout, clean and organized, bunch of change rooms to try on before you buy.

Great store with polite staff. They don’t offer help while you’re shopping but are polite when you pay, which will be the only time you see them. I was there on March 23rd and whoever is in charge of your signage should check out other locations for how to do it because it’s not done well. While I shopped I used the website to see how much things were. When I had my items and went to pay apparently your system was new on the registers and each item took several minutes to scan because of issues with the new system. Why were teenagers left in the store with a new system that was freezing up on them? Seems like a change like that requires a manager and why are the prices not in the system? The lady ringing me up was asking me how much things were and if she thought I was mistaken I’d have to show her which rack it was from. She apologized and said the prices were not in the system. That is literally ridiculous. Sort out the management at the regent mall location and I bet it would improve.

Riley rang me up and made me feel so at home. I will definitely be returning just to be served again by this stellar employee. They should definitely be given a raise. This kind of excellent service goes above and beyond what I'd expect from a mall employee. What a great visit to Urban Planet.

Urban Planet has got a lot of nice clothing and accessories. They do need to revisit their arrow layout on the store floor. Other than that, very nice.
