You can find some good items there but, as per my experience yesterday and today, some of the workers are not friendly with customers and careless about their jobs
(mostly cashiers).

I like VV a lot! With that being said, their prices are a bit much AND there is no change room! Bare minimum they should have 2. Lots to choose from this time if year.

I understand that it's not the workers making those prices so high but the company itself. I do not donate anything to them anymore, as I feel like they have false advertising to charity. I still go in once in a while to browse.

5-star experience. Highly recommended. We bought winter clothes and boots. Saved at least 100 dollars.

The jacket in the pic$14, smaller boot $16.5, tbe larger boot around$20.

It's almost 2024 and they still don't have changing rooms. Their return policy is exchange only, so if you buy something that doesn't fit (since you can't try it on in-store) then you'll never get your money back. +2 stars because the employees are nice.

I find visiting here on weekdays like Monday or Tuesday afternoon nets the best finds. Usually very busy on weekends, only complaint really is the pricing can be high, definitely be familiar with the prices of things you're interested in because it's easy to pay almost full price for something used.

The store is very nice. However, things are very overpriced. There also doesn't seem to be any consistency in the pricing; prices for identical items ranged from $2.49 to $6.99.

Expensive and disorganized. The only thing I ever find that's worth the price are the books.

No change rooms anymore and if you must return something.no money back, even with tags. Prices are crazy, sometimes more than stores. I've been going to Value Village for over 25 year's but now it sucks.

Prices are getting a bit ridiculous, I mean it's second hand clothes people. And if it's a not for profit and everything you get is donation then why are you charging so much for you previously loved stuff? It makes absolutely no sense at all if you really think about it.

I moved away from NB 38 years ago. Recently stopped by on trip back home. I've been to a lot of Value Village stores and other 2nd hand stores, but this one was hands down the most expensive I've ever stepped foot in.
I won't make that mistake again at this location and encourage everyone shopping here to pay close attention.

I travel a lot and love stopping at Value Villages around Canada. This Value Village is by fare the most over priced Value Village I have ever been too. I’m shocked people are spending so much money on second hand items. Items are almost 3 times as much here compared to other Value Villages I’ve been too. Thought prices were standard across Canada for books, dvds, and most clothing. Guess not for this Value Village. You’d be better off spending the money on gas and driving to Moncton or NS and shopping at a Value Village there. I will say it was well lite and pretty organized but that’s about it. I’d safely say out of the 100s of Value Villages I’ve shopped at all across Canada this is the worst one to go to price wise.

They sell used clothes, have no change rooms, and will only give you 14 days exchange. What a terrible place to shop now.

Lots of stock and excellent prices! Every Tuesday is 30% off for seniors! I got several great buys

Overall a great stop, not everything is worth it and some items need cleaned up but 80% of the time you can find what you are looking for! Don't forget to check out changing hands, seed the need, and salvation army too!

Great selection! With 4 growing kids, Value Village is my number one stop for getting all my kids clothes. They always find things they like, for a price i like

Staff do a very good job of sorting out broken or ripped items; this has not always been the case at other locations.

Remember back when newspapers cost a nickle and tick tock was the sound a clock made? The good ol' days.
Anyway, I bought some ducks here. Pretty good experience.

I never write reviews but Value Village has gone down hill. There are no fitting rooms, and no returns. Only exchanges. This is terribly inconvenient. Buying clothing without trying it on or being able to get your money back is difficult. Many items are ripped and stained. Prices are unbelievably high. Some sports bras for almost 30$! Old thin T-shirts for 8-12$. I even saw donated dollar store items prices as double the original dollar store sticker. These are not thrift store prices, greedy.

Somethings are expensive for a second hand store but the baby clothes which is stuff a bag for cheap is definitely worth it. I'm taking off stars as you can't try clothes on anymore. You can't return it but you can exchange it for something the same value which is not a great policy.

Found something we weren't even looking for. I don't like the self check-outs though.
