VELO Bike Ski Trail

We just purchased our first E-Bikes from Velo Moncton/Dieppe. Matt was there when we were looking for the bikes. He explained to us how they work and helped us choosing the right bikes for our needs. Three days after having the bike we had a problem, I called Matt and the same day we had another bike. Austin was the one who came to pick-up the bike and at 6 p.m. He delivered a new one home. He explained difference things we were not sure off and was in no rush to leave because it was 6 p.m. Friday night. I can go on and on but won't have enough space to say everything.
To Matt, Austin and also the owner I want to say thank you for your excellent service.
YES I will recommend VELO Moncton/Dieppe to everybody.

I would say that this is the best store in the Big Moncton Area where you can choose bicycles, snowboards and various things for yourself. Very nice staff and quality products. I highly recommend it!

I am very impressed with the service and staff, I came in sat about an hour before closing and the helpful staff found a bike in stock that needed assembly and they helped me by making sure it would fit my needs. They had it assembled for me by early Sunday afternoon and swapped out some parts and added accessories for me on short notice and were still a few hours ahead of their promised time, if I could give them six stars I would, fantastic job all around! We bought the Envo ST and the Envo D35 ebikes in June of this year. We’ve had a few months to try them, and we are extremely happy with how they perform. Basically, we love them. We use them on the roads and light trails, and we really can’t think of anything negative to say about them. I also want to say that buying these ebikes at Velo Moncton was an excellent experience. Steven Brideau went above and beyond showing and explaining all the features of the bikes, ensuring the proper seat height, and allowing us to take them on a long test run in a nearby subdivision etc. We also decided to buy a bike rack, and Steven set it up on our van and showed us how to secure the bikes properly. We drove away really feeling good about our purchase, and that’s all you can ask for when making, what for us is, a big investment. Thank you Steven and Velo Moncton!

My only regret is not remembering the staff members names working so I can light them up on here for the fantastic experience. Everyone was super helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. As a "big & tall" rider they had a fantastic selection of bikes for me to try out, and helped me work through a setup that would help get me out on the trails again after a hiatus of many years. They did a fantastic job of showing me options within budget, and also have options to further kit out a bike with needed upgrades for a rider of my stature (6'4 290+lbs). They took the time to explain options, understand what I liked and disliked about certain rides, and found options that would help support me as I get back into cycling.

We received excellent service from VELO. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy our every need. They provided bikes, helmets, bike lock and delivered the bikes to our hotel. They had also offered to pick up the bikes. The prices were really reasonable and would make it a great adventure for a family. Thank you again for making our experience amazing.
