I Read many negative reviews about this versacold.but my experience quite different because I always drop my trailer.when you get there you have to call them and inform them and giving them all the information about your load.then they will give you dock and then drop your paperwork front of the door you can find dropbox there.because for this store covid is still around.

If you are coming here for pickup come with extra food 10 hours for pickup

Take too much time to pickup a single load.
Really bad experience with those guy’s.

Really slow loading, rude staff on the phone at least today. Unpleasant place at all!
