Definitely recommend this spa! Have been here three times, needed a new waxer & tried here. Love the products used, works well with my sensitive skin, had Tori twice and find she’s great, the pressure she uses no pain & super quick, attention to detail & appreciate her professionalism. Second time waxed with her felt like I was catching up with an old friend, great service will be back!

I went for my first ever visit to Vibrant last week for a facial on my birthday. Janel provided this service and did an amazing job! She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She made my day! I will definitely recommend Vibrant and will be back again soon.

In the last two years I've had four different stylist. Please beware that not all stylist they employ have experience or are professional. Ask for proof of experience before you let them touch your hair.

Vibrant Salon & Spa Fredericton is a true gem in the heart of the city. The staff is friendly and professional, making me feel right at home.

I have had a wonderful experience with Janel at the salon. She is very gentle and talented. I had a hydrafacial last month and this month, I had a hydro jelly facial this month. My skin looks fabulous and dry areas with whiteheads around my nose are almost completely gone! My face continues to be hydrated. Just for reference I use Lancôme products at home. Here is a photo one month after a hydrafacial and a few days after a regular facial. Highly recommended!

I had a hydrafacial with Janel and it was amazing! She is the absolute sweetest and is full of information. You can tell she is passionate about skin care and explains everything so well. I will definitely be back again!

Super professional, friendly, warm! The reception team were very accommodating when I mixed up my schedule (and booked for the wrong week!), and Tori was fantastic for waxing. Efficient, friendly - will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

I had the loveliest facial by Tori - she treated me and my face with such care and attention and gave me a true spa experience. She also gave me a gel manicure where we shared both stories and
laughs together! It was a perfect experience! The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming as well!

Reception is terrible. Left me on a “brief” hold for 15 plus minutes. Tried calling back but was informed I would be put back on hold because there were other customers in the store. The receptionist even went as far as calling me back and leaving a message as to why I had to sit on hold.

Don't ever book on-line with this salon. I booked 5 days before and my appointment was not their system. 1st and last time I ever go to this place

Always the best salon experience! I’ve had multiple services here including hair styling, nails, and waxing. All service providers have done a wonderful job and have always gone the extra mile! My most recent experience was with esthetician Sam, who provides nothing but a pleasurable experience. If you are looking for an amazing group of people to be around in a beautiful salon this is the place for you! Highly recommend having your services done here!

Last week I brought my teenage daughter here to get some highlights and a trim. Everyone was super pleasant and we loved the atmosphere. We will definitely be back in a few months!

I love this salon- it’s so modern and it has such a big city vibe, it’s a real treat to spend hair dates there with Tasha! I recommend this salon all the time and it’s truly a gem here in this city. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by a friendly staff member who makes you feel welcome. The hair stylist makes you feel relaxed and helps unwind whether it is the start of the day or the end of a busy day. The stylist spends time on your hair and doesn’t rush giving you the confidence to trust them completely with your hair.

I've been here many times for various services. There are 2 things that really stand out for me: 1) It's so nice to see that all the Staff get along like one big happy Family. They really love coming into work and working with each other and the end result is that the Client can feel this and is drawn to it. At the end of the day it's Customer Service that sets businesses apart in the same industry and 2) You guys have the best huge comfy chairs that warm up and massage.there have been many times I've come so close to falling asleep in one of them! Thanks so much for everything!

Ocean has been my hairdresser for so long now & I don’t let anyone else touch my hair! She is always incredibly warm & fun during our appointments and makes me feel at ease. She checks in often to make sure I am happy to what’s happening and is open to my ideas - she will make your hair dreams come true!

I recently was in Fredericton for the day and decided to book an appointment for eyelash extensions. Samantha did a fantastic job giving me a very natural looking set of lash extensions. The staff were all very friendly as well. Thanks once again.

Absolutely loved my experience getting my pedicure. I hadn’t had a pedicure in forever and this was perfect to fit in at the end of my work day. They had a large selection of nail colours and my pedicurist was great.
This was such a positive experience, I will definitely use their spa services again.

I used to go here and be able to get a haircut (simple trim of 1-inch off my hair) for $40 a visit, then they changed their pricing system without telling me and I came out with a $70 bill with no tip. They charged me $50 because my hair was "long" even though it doesnt go past my shoulder blades and NO LAYERING, and then they added $10 for just trimming my bangs. Then of course the HST made it even more. The hairstylists there are lovely people, but I cannot justify this price change. This is an absolute scam when I can get the same quality haircut for $40 elsewhere. I will never be going back now that I've finally found a new hairstylist.

It was my first time coming to Vibrant Salon and Ocean did a beyond wonderful job with my full blond highlights! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, looked at pictures of what I was going for and gave me different styling options that she thought would work best. It’s been a while since I found a salon in Fredericton to get my highlights done to my liking, I believe I’ve found my place. I will 100% be coming back.

Great group of talented ladies working here and offers the most welcoming atmosphere! This salon goes above and beyond for its clients, and I've had my fair share of last minute requests, they never disappoint! My fiancé has said as a man in a salon this can sometimes be intimidating but not at Vibrant, both he and our son feel comfortable going in there. The owners have picked a great team to represent them and make sure customer satisfaction is their top priority! Highly recommend Vibrant!

I decided to treat myself and go get my eyebrows waxed for my birthday yesterday and after coming out and looking in the mirror I realized that the girl took off over half my eyebrow I was absolutely devastated so I have one normal looking eyebrow and then a half eyebrow they did decide to call me this morning and tell me that I could come in and they could tint my eyebrows but I said I don't usually tint them and that's not something I would like to get done to them especially after the experience I just had I would hate my eyebrows to look even worse so I suggested maybe a makeup application or something that wasn't so permanent the lady disagreed and said that they won't do that.my only option was to get them tinted.so even though I gave them the benefit of the doubt and considered maybe going back so they could do something that I was happy with they didn't try to make me happy so I will not be going back there and I highly recommend you do not get waxing done there. You think they would have tried to leave me feeling better about the situation and only offering me an eyebrow tint.what are they gonna do tint my half an eyebrow so it's more noticeable? #missinghalfaneyebrow#unhappycustomer

Had nails done and they fell off next day. Let them know wasn't happy they called me right away and set up an appt. To do them again free if charge. Happy now. Sometimes mistakes happen it's when you Correct them make a great impression. Staff are really nice and the place is quite elegant. Thanks for the redo much appreciated.

My first visit to this salon was last week, I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t know any of the staff but needed waxed. They fit me in right away. Whitney took amazing care and was such a delight to spend time with. I walked in a stranger and feel as though I left with a new friend. I will definitely be back for her services. On another note- the new spa is GORGEOUS. I loved the chandelier especially- and the Milkshake products are my FAVE!

I love this salon! Have been getting my hair done here for the past 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say! I've been getting my hair done by Tina! Absolutely an amazing hairstylist. I first showed up with red boxed dyed hair, and from the start she made me aware of the steps it will take to get to the blond/silver I wanted. Every single time, I came out of the salon with an amazing color! We slowly went to blond in order to prevent having to cut my hair. Its so important for people to realize the process of getting from one color to another. I think its really important for potential and existing customer to know that bringing in a picture of someones hair you found online can be sometimes much harder that what can be done given the time frame, price, history of your hair, and hairstylist techniques! I truly love this salon because they made sure to tell me up front if my color change is realistic or if it will take a few appointments. Strongly recommended overall!
