Zoe was so helpful with working out the math to make sure switching over and paying out my contract saved me money. She showed me after four months my savings would pay exceed my payout amount. Absolutely great customer service! So happy to save over $100 per month while receiving more data!

Today, October 12th 2023, I went into virgin mobile with little hope if being approved for a phone in my name. The lady who helped me went above and beyond for me and was able to get me approved. I am so incredibly happy that I chose virgin mobile in McAllister mall in saint john NB. I cant wait to use my new phone!

Hello, I received help from Bekah and Jessie at the McAllister Virgin Plus location a few weeks ago. I would just like to say, these employees went above and beyond. They assistated me in opening up an account, selecting the best plan for myself, and showing me some different accessories I could purchase. It was a very simple process, and in glad they could help. I would gladly send anyone I know to join up with Virgin!

This is a long story. I wanted the Apple Watch ultra but none were in stock in Mcallister place but one was in Fredericton. So I drove the 3 hr round trip to get it. It ended up being defective so I drove back and returned it. I was made to feel stupid and like an inconvenience by the rep in Fredericton. As I’m almost home the rep calls and tells me he forgot to give me my money back and told me I had to go back. So another 3 hr trip to get my money he forgot to give me back and again I was made to feel it was my fault. This almost made me leave virgin. But I decided to come see Jesse at the McAllister kiosk because she has always been good to me when I needed help. Jesse and her supervisor took the time to find me a replacement watch and hold it for me. Jesse came in on her day off to help me set it up which imo goes well above and beyond what she needed to do. Jesse was so good to me I added a tablet to my account for my daughter. Her and her supervisor both deserve great praise and appreciation because they made me feel like I was important and not an inconvenience like the Fredericton kiosk did. I appreciate everything they’ve done and I hope you realize how valuable they are to your company. They saved my business just by caring
