I was tired last night making my grocery delivery order and forgot things. By the time I realized it it was too late to add the extra items so I had to make another order. Well to whoever noticed that I had 2 orders for the same time today and just went ahead and combined them THANK YOU. It might seem small but it honestly made my day. By doing that for me I didn't have to worry about waiting around for another driver to drop off the few items on that second order. So again thank you whoever you are.

Bad experience one of the cashier #18 her name was Jan. Bought lots of stuff and she was looking only not helping at all even like offering a bit help putting some stuff at the bag even its a big line up she doesnt care she just standing and looking

The associate named Lisa. Lisa is a dispenser on the curbside pickup team. Her work is efficient. She is hard-working, warm and friendly to customers, actively helpful, and answers questions with good knowledge. Very professional and high-efficient. My order is big, and she drags two carts to quickly provide the delivery service. I am very thankful FOR her great service. She should be rewarded for the hard work! Great thanks to you, Lisa!

Seriously wth is this. Every time I buy the great value brand. There’s literally a joke. I get your trying to make profits, but to leave a literal hole in the cream cheese isn’t helping us. I’m taking this to corporate.

Reminded why I rarely shop here, came in looking for something other stores had run out of and they didn't have either so picked up a few groceries and was at self scan when girl starts bugging me to sign up for credit card. I told her I wasn't interested but she kept banging on about it. Very annoying and very reckless to be offering credit cards in this economy. They are still trying to push covid shots on ppl for a virus that is THE FLU. Immoral hellscape that I recommend staying out of.

Thinking about affordability, yeah. It is Walmart. Recently, since September, 2022. The pickup for online orders has been so hectic. Longer wait times are unnecessarily created by staff. The only time I have a hitch free pick is when Shelly is available. Friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic, and so committed to her job. If I can select who gives me my order, I will pick her 100/100 times.

Not a great selection of clothes that I was looking for. The place smelled horrible from the time I walked in the door, until I left. It was disgusting. Almost made me sick.

Not good one cash open person in front of me with 400.00 at least worth of groceries I had 2 items was not paying debit so left items behind.

Nothing special just a Walmart I asked someone to check if they had something and he gave me a stupid look then went back to check and did not come.back I never expected great service from Walmart but Walmart is getting worse and worse they need some competition

Was treated in the most disgusting fashion today by Marydawn and Lesliey at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. Both very ignorant women and ones a manager. Kept sending me back into the store saying that I could only return dog food for dog food— and I know this is not the case as I have returned items here before. Definitely won’t be back unless they’re reprimanded. The young man that works at the CS desk is always so kind, and has a personality. Having these two women take hits at me and make my anxiety sky rocket causing me to cry makes me even more advanced in my customer service skills. Will be complaining to district manager and any upper management I can.

It's horrible they are getting rid of all their cashiers and putting in all self checkouts, we do the work that they used to pay people to do and thus put money back into the local economy and we still have to pay full price, they claim thats what people want. I don't know anyone that wants less service, less money in the local economy, longer waits and more inconvenience for the same price we were paying before. I used to shop here but in lieu of their new we want your money but don't want to give anything back to the community attitude I no longer support them. If you have a choice even if you have to pay a little more shop somewhere else where they actually employ people and thus stimulate the local economy, everyone including yourself will be better off in the end

The parking lot is terrible. Huge pot holes, accompanied by overflowing cart corrals, made navigating the parking lot very difficult. This seems to be the norm, as the corrals were overflowing on my last 3 visits.

The constistant lack of open cash registers has become an irritant. Unless you're willing to use self checkout, ensure to allow 15-20 minutes to check out.

This is the third time I've visited recently and the express lanes were closed and the regular lanes were backed up so I had to use the self serve. I wanted to use cash but was not allowed to at the self serve. I don't like the self serve lanes as I do not work for Walmart and should have to process my own purchase. This is poor customer service and will negatively impact my likelihood of shopping there in the future.

Well stocked and clean. It's a good WalMart. Pro tip: go early in the morning. All the produce is fresh and the store isn't crowded. One caveat though, the cooked deli items like chicken and taters, etc won't be ready yet, so if you like to buy them, you may prefer mid morning instead.

This is truly a mismanaged store. They have no idea what they are doing. I was sent a message to go pick up an online order that I had already waited a month for ("fulfillment issues") were Walmart's words. After i picked it up and took it home i seen that half the pieces were missing from the box. I called back and got transferred to a dept manager who said she would call me back. She didn't so i called back and got someone else. After 2 days waiting for a call back i was left a voicemail in a less than pleasant tone that said the assistant manager said i would have to return it and reorder. Now 4 days later i get a call from the Dept Manager that says oh we missed one of the boxes if you want to come get it, she was completely oblivious that I had returned the item to her store a few days prior and received a full refund. The level of utter incompetence at this store is astronomical. It's just ridiculous.

Walmart start have so many adorable stuffs. Like this one's layout better than Dieppe's. Staffs are always friendly and helpful. Easy parking. Love their garden center. Kept neat and clean. Always like the layout better here too.

Found everything we needed quickly enough and didn't have to wait long for a cashier. The store appeared clean, including the washroom, and well organized.

Workers are great.but they never have new stock on shoes. Asked worker to go and look for a size for what I wanted and she just didn't want to and said "that's not my job". Yes it is? I cant just walk in the back room unless I have a vest on lol

A very well-sized Walmart with a McDonald's, Western Union, and a tech center! The store is very well organized and clean, the service is helpful, and all the products are of quality for such prices. Items range from toys to clothing to food to cleaning supplies! A good all-around store for a small family, single person, university student, or some combination of the three and more!

Was a Poor Experience.was looking for something in Milk Section. Guy couldnt speak English.so I had to just assume they didnt have the product.no other associates around. Pretty Frustrating!

Just called customer service, after hearing a bunch of laughter and conversation between employees, I asked to be transferred to the paint department, they transferred me to another client on hold. I called back and was hung up on. I don't know what kind of business you are running here, but you must be capable of finding more efficient employees than this. Their whole job is customer service, consider this a dissatisfied customer and a customer lost. Absolutely ridiculous.

On trouve de bon produits chez Walmart. Un bon rapport qualité/prix. Y a seulement un manque dans les fruits et légumes on a pas beaucoup de choix sur ça. Aussi les produits importés ne sont pas présent aussi. Je pense qu'ils doivent un peu travailler sur ça. Les employés sont gentils et serviable. Un très grand parking gratuit. On peut y aller par bus en prenant la ligne 52 pour aller à champlain ou 51 pour l'autre walmart

Poor variety in the Grocery dept compared to most grocery stores. Very poor variety in the meat dept.
There is no Seafood dept. There are no employees to be found most of the time. My biggest complaint is
poorly stocked shelves. You can never get your whole order there. Their prices are a little lower on some items but some are actually higher than the competition. You have to know your prices. Don’t assume everything is cheaper. The parking lot is dark
and you have to watch out for potholes year round.

Went there on a Tuesday evening, quit busy in the store, 2 checkouts open, no express open the only option was to use self checkout, which I despise!

An employee asked if I needed help finding anything as I was wandering around a few aisles and helped me find what I was looking for. Exceptional employee service
