Went in on sunday and tried to buy a waterpik, asked the girl to grab the keys to the drawer with them and she walked about ten steps, stopped and talked to a coworker for about 5 minutes while my mother and I stared at her.she eventually turned around and realized we were still there and went to go get the keys.took about another 5 minutes to grab them, then none of the keys worked.had her coworker from before try them.none of the keys worked.it was at least half an hour at this point so I gave up at this point and said not to worry about it.my fiance went in on the tuesday to try - asked a guy for help.he went to get the keys.never came back.fiance asked another person to find the first person, he never came back either.he gave up after 20 minutes and left.

I called today to try and speak to someone, was on hold for 15 minutes after the customer service rep transferred me and no one ever picked up. I tried again and explained no one ever picked up and if I could talk to a manager instead maybe.waited another 12 minutes for again, no pick up.the customer service here is beyond bad.leaving this review in the hopes that someone will actually care after all these hoops I've jumped through lol.

Wow! The greeter named Mary was so rude! Someone with that disposition shouldn’t be working as a greeter. Is it just this location? Second bad review of customer service. It almost feels like racism.

It's nice have a fairly wide variety from groceries to cosmetics. If you are traveling by bus, then the stop is right across the street. Okay happy shopping

I really like this Walmart. The location is perfect for me in one of the best parts of Etobicoke. Just off the 427 and across the street from Sherway Gardens. I will often shop here for items that I need for my home and my real estate business. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The photos attached are of my service dog Lana with a random customer at the store. HIghly recommend.

Price scanned completely different than shelf ticket and they would not honor the scanning code practice. Not one item but two.

The Walmart website is totally inaccurate for this location. I was looking for an air mattress on the Walmart website and it said this location had it in stock. After searching the store up and down, we couldn't find it at all. I decided to order it online for curbside pick up. I waited 2 days for them to send me a refund after cancelling the order and they had no explanation for the cancellation.

The store, otherwise, is a little disorganized and has some tight spots that are hard to maneuver especially with a cart. I'm not sure if employees were busy stocking or whatever the case was, but it is a Walmart, so I don't have high expectations.

Ordering online and following the website was disappointing however. We were searching at multiple locations for this item and when I saw it was available here, I was annoyed to find out the website wasn't true. Then cancelling with no communication as to why was even more frustrating - though I am grateful to get my money back for an item they clearly do not have.

The guy working in tech area was fast and helped me find what I needed so I was in & out. Amazing

One of the smaller Walmart's I have gone to. Aisles are a bit more narrow and staff are stocking shelves during the day so sometimes the aisles are blocked with stock carts or pallets

Excellent quick and fast at the pick up spot for your package with a smile on her face she greeted me and that's perfect so I ask quick and efficient

WALMART! Yeah, it's a Walmart. They have mostly everything you could want. Prices are decent, not always the cheapest. This location is pretty clean and the lighting is good. For the most part, the shelves are stocked well and faced out nicely. It can be hard to find employees at times. There are cashiers or self-checkout stations to choose from. The samosas at the hot food counter are amazing! Do yourself a favour and by a bag. WALMART!

Cashiers should be more familiar with the store points redeeming policy. Overall, adequate service.

Absolutely love this walmart, I’d give 5 stars but the hotwheel selection is often lacking and the croissants have gotten worse. Bread selection is great, and the ice tea? The ice tea is fantastic.

A busy location, but always clean and fast checkout. Be warned, on weekends and holidays the parking lot can get quite packed, and take some time to leave.

One of best Walmarts I enjoy going, the most important thing that distinguished this location is the cleanliness of this place

I have been doing Walmart pick up more often this year, sometimes it can have a few mix ups, but the staff is very friendly and customer service is incredibly helpful. I had a super friendly and helpful employee help me today load up my car. Thank you Tenzin!

Management and staff are not enforcing the masking requirements. I was checking out around 10: 50pm last night and there was one young man at a self checking station who was clearly not wearing a mask. Despite seeing the man without a mask no Walmart staffer felt the need to tell him to put on a mask or get out. Step it up, Walmart!

Could hear the entertainment employees swearing 3 aisles over. Don’t go here if you don’t want your kids to hear that. Very unprofessional. Well it’s also Walmart. What more could you expect lol

Fed up with this store. Switching to Sobeys. The pickers/packers/delivery people seem to not be properly trained because my last online delivery order was missing over $100 of groceries. Now I am being treated like a criminal when I request a refund, they have to "investigate". When I ask the customer service reps for a contact at headquarters they can't give me one. They automatically cancel your refund request if it's over a certain threshold, and you have to call customer service about it but then when you do they can't find your refund request? Absolutely terrible service. It's so hard to get my money back, for groceries I paid for but never received! Also, the last time I ordered meat and fish it was spoiled, and the frozen items are always somewhat thawed when delivered, so that was is concerning. I'm furious. Buyer beware!

Bought the Canadiana jacket that said WATERPROOF months ago. It is NOT NOT NOT waterproof and because I don't have receipt, no refund nor can I contact the supplier. Called the store to speak to the manager and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. Worst Customer Service Guarantee. Somebody owes me money!

Trying to get ahold of customer service, it looks like lthey've turned the ringer off cuz its been ringing for 5 minutes. I guess they'd rather have ppl flooding the store during the pandemic, just to ask a simple question?

Customer service is absolutely unprofessional
Some representative told me to place order online and I could pick it up right away
Other told me I can’t do that
Finally when I wanted to cancel my order they said it’s impossible to do so
Don’t go there and order from somewhere else

Sorry to see management hasn't trained the pickers properly. When I brought up the fact with two different employees that they weren't following the guidelines set in the store the answer was "So what" I know covid is getting to everyone but rudeness isn't a side affect of the virus.

Grocery Pickup is convenient but it is not fast I have to wait over 20 minutes sometimes.might be just the store though

I am writing this review as I said I would for the employee whose name is Ravi (working in the electronics department on February 1st 2021)
I believe he went above and beyond for my friend who has recently lost his eye site. His eye site is very blurry and is legally blind.
Ravi remembered my friend from a week or two before and remembered his eye site disability. He was very patient and made sure he was able to read his new phone number by writing it in extra large print.
I hope that Ravi gets noticed by his employer for the costumer service he gave.

Pharmacist is currently watching me frantically search for an item and has barely said 2 words to help. Get yourself a more willing pharmacist as an employee

Excellent customer service. The curbside pickup staff are great. Timely & on point. Realized there was 1 item missing when I got home. Jorge from the staff was empathising & resolved it in 5 minutes with the refund request sent on email. Great guy and represents the branch well.

Staff is moderately good, follows covid 19 standards and rules. None of the price checks around store ever work, so I don't understand why they are there. This is my go to Walmart.

The accessible stalls in both of the mens washrooms were locked yesterday, no notice on them or anything - I can only assume this is a covid protocol to deter more than 3 people in the washroom at a time, HOWEVER this is by far an extremely poor choice, and possibly illegal to limit/lock only the accesible stalls? I suggest they stop doing this immediately, I would be shocked if no one has complained about this already.

I got stuck in a lineup at the returns the other day, between people who were not social distancing. I am disappointed the store does not have big dots on the floor for people to stand at in the returns line. I will not shop here if I think there is a chance I have to return because people don't respect the distancing if there are no marks on the floor.

They accepted pre orders for the playstation 5 for in store pick up yet none of the staff know if/when a shipment will be delivered and seem to be under the impression that its "online only". If I wanted the console 5 days after release, I wouldn't have pre ordered it 2 months in advance

This new improved Walmart store engages in bate and switch by putting double priced foods where the advertised special items are supposed to be, such as this 681g container of tomatoes. And they no long price match competitor's prices on any items.

Why 5 stars because of a young man who helped me out.

Horrendously Overcrowded. More then 20mins to reach the checkout. Half of the counters not operating. Wouldn’t make the mistake of coming again.

Wife suffered a cut from their faulty packaging on a baby gate while putting it in cart. Their attitude was “so what? ” Disappointing to see that.

Very standard Walmart. Much like every other Walmart. Inexpensive items and a very large selection. There is some wasted space on the exterior of the building that could be made into a beautiful courtyard or seating area with plants and benches.

One of the cleanest Walmart in the city! Good customer service, products are almost always available, but it's a busy store, so it's normal they run out of certain more popular items once in a while! It's always my go to for grocery shopping as well!

Horrible shopping experience here, I found expired juices (over a week past the expiry date) and on that same day I bought a package of mushrooms.only to come home and find that they had completely gone bad. I had to throw out my entire dinner to avoid getting sick.

I'm extremely disgruntled and will not be coming back to this Walmart to do any grocery shopping.

Never enough cashiers, the line up is always too long, the store needs to restock the shelves with food items more frequently and it's the dirtiest Walmart I have ever seen in Canada so far

This store charging us all the time more! They are punching in more in the computer at the exit. I have today three things what I did not buy.it is happening so many times This was my third times! Since I am watching the invoice.the Coffee price was return and when I arrived home I discovered some two others on the invoice what I did not buy! Nice more than 5% on my bill.

Very disorganized and messy had less products then other Walmart not much selections. Also had a very rude cashier that basically threw my change at me because she didn't press total and give me the total before taxes. So I handed her what she had told me was the total then she hits total and it I added the tax so obviously the money I had handed was wrong. She was very impatient for me to get the rest and the correct amount of money out and some guy behind me thought I had no money and offered to give me change and it was so embarrassing. I obviously had the money was just taking extra time to get it out.then she punches in 1,500.75 when I handed her $150.75 which was the exact amount due so she didn't owe me any changed but on my receipt it says that she should have given me $1,000 in change so when she goes to do her till at the end of the night it's going to be right off. I ended up asking for the manager and let her what had happened which I never do but it was so embarrassing and she was just so rude I had to say something right away the manager knew which cashier it was I guess it's not the first time she's been Rude and had complaints.

It’s always busy. I don’t buy produce from here. I think it’s because I just assume it’s not as good quality as say Loblaws or Metro and that maybe it’s handled in a way that’s unappealing.hmm I could be wrong ‍️

Great hours, variety and prices but like most Walmart locations it tends to have a "run down" vibe with lots of returns piling up at the front of the store and carts that always seem to have at least one wheel completely jacked up. I like the automated propane exchange up front (when the payment system works) and I like the food section and the healthier options now trickling into the stores. Wait times at cash are my biggest complaint - even with the express cashiers it just ain't that fast, ever.

It's local, which is nice. The staff aren't always great or fast, the selection can be pretty slim, and the checkout lines always take forever. Self checkout option here is badly needed.

I find customer service in all areas of this store to be very poor. In my most recent experience on Saturday June 2,2019. I asked one of the representatives for directions to a product and she let me know she was running behind on her tasks and couldn't help. Then, close to the international aisle a worker nearly hit me over with a big bin of garbage because he just came out of the aisle and didn't look where he was going. I have been to the Photos Unlimited at the back of store on a couple occasions which is not easy to find as it has very poor signage and the young lady/photographer there is consistently rude and impatient. I also went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription and had an interaction with the pharmacist and the cashier for that section and they were both very abrupt and seemed unwilling to help me find a couple pharmaceutical products. My girlfriend and I have also come to know this Walmart for its 'rotten fruits' which we now prefer to get at Loblaw's. To ensure this review is a little more balanced, one of the things I like about this store is they have a good selection of international foods and snacks and cosmetics. They have most things I need. Wish they would have a cafe with warm cooked meals or a bakery.

This Walmart is great, usually great staff, though sometimes the cashiers can be rude. This Walmart is clean and has a lot of variety. Come to this one over others, even if it's further, saves you from the horrendous experience that other Walmart's can have.

A lot of variety of different products. Staff is friendly and helpful. Moreover, the cashier "Rohini" on my last trip to Walmart was not only professional but also very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this store to everyone for a 5 star experience.

If they are going to start inspecting items in the cart compared to what is on the receipt maybe should have someone working the door that can actually read!

Tricked my mom to see her ID to sign up for a MasterCard. Will not recommend this location to anyone, cashiers are thirsty for credit card signup bonuses.

The absolute worst store layout. Hands down the worst Walmart store experience I've ever seen. The aisles are far too small for the amount of people in the area shopping here. It's as though they added in another stores worst of items and made everything smaller to fit. You can even get something off a shelf without someone asking you to move so they can go through. Will never go to this location again.

The thing that gets me everytime about this place is that the baskets are located way off side where the returns counter and exit is, so every time you're battling against exiting pedestrian traffic. The baskets at the threshold of the store are never there. It's very awkward. Oh yeah, and the bathrooms are disgusting and usually with one or more urinal closed. Seriously? Walmart is worth a bajillion dollars.

Most of the staff here are very nice. The woman at the customer service desk is rude at best! Many dealings with her and always the same. She is ignorant and condescending to customers. She does not listen and then gets ever more rude asking the same question you were trying to tell her from the start. Shopping here is usually a pleasure just stay away from the returns desk!
