Amazing vets and staff here. Very friendly, accommodating, and professional. They were great with my dog too.

I had a positive experience at Waterview Animal Hospital. The staff's attentiveness and punctuality, along with the excellent care provided to both my dog and kitten, truly make it a standout place for pet healthcare. Highly recommend!

My elderly dog had a knee operation which was very successful as is her recovery. The staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate and I would highly recommend them.

Great vets but one of secretary is very rude and is not really good at customer service. No smile short answers and not very helpful no people/customer service skills. Beside that vets are amazing with the animals and very good with the pet owners to give info and go over everything.

Very friendly staff. I feel confident in taking my dog Macy to Waterview because I know she is well taken care of. I don't have to worry. Macy always seems calm and is so good when taking her there. I highly recommend Waterview Animal Hospital.

No concern from the staff when our dog was aggressively barking and trying to approach other dogs. They allowed us to go into an examination room early to deal with our stressed out pet.

Our dog was sick this morning and our regular vet staff said they were full for the next two weeks. Knowing our pet needed a visit to a vet asap, we contacted Waterloo Animal Hospital and they told us to bring her in the afternoon. It was very appreciated as it ended up being a bronchitis. Thank you so much for caring. This place will be our regular vet from now on even if it is a hour away!

The staff was very patient with my dog. She’s not a fan of getting needles, but they waited until she was ready before continuing on. I know that she’s in good hands when she’s at the clinic!

The clinic was amazing. As a new resident to New Brunswick, I would recommend to anyone who has a pet. For annual check up to extra care. Dr. Peter was amazing.

Would not go again and would not recommend. The veterinarian that I had was really nice and professional, but the staff was rude and distant. But, I guess they were buzzy, still I felt like a intruder disrupting something. Also, the place is really dirty and there were balls of fur's every were! Plus with the crazy price. That’s why I give this place 2 stars.

I was very happy with our experience. Everyone was very friendly and kind, i was lucky to get a next day appointment and help for my puppy. We will definitely keep them as our primary vet.

Took in our family pets for their annual checkup and the Vets are excellent. They take the time to explain what they are doing and what else may be needed to maintain the health of our pets

It cost me 741 to find out my cat was diabetic, for 2 weeks of needles and an insulin vial. Two weeks go by I book a follow up to test where he's at and since the first visit was so expensive I asked if they could do it for free. They said no and since I don't want to pay don't come back. I said its okay I'll pay for the visit. After paying they said don't come back for blood tests or insulin cause I won't be served

Waterview has been our vet for the last 5+ yrs, for both our cat Phoebe and our dog Hank, they are great, fast, friendly, and always treat our babies with such care, perhaps a touch on the more costly side, but 10000% worth it for the ease of access and peace of mind that comes with exceptional service and care, the staff are friendly and the know their stuff, the docs are all super great, especially Dr. Mackenzie who I couldnt recommend enough, your pets are in good hands with these people

Very friendly place and I know they are supposed to care about your pets but I felt they REALLY cared. As if my cat was theres Felt my baby got the best treatment

Best vet I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Welcomed and treated us warmly, and followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure my pooch is ok. This should be the standard vets are held to.

After having many issues with another vet never returning calls and so forth, I decided to switch to Waterview as my parents had always gone there. They take amazing care of my beloved pets and go above and beyond with their care. They're a little more expensive then my last vet, however their service is worth every penny.

I would recommend waterview animal hospital for all pets, they are well organized, respectful, kind and love all of their clients

They have the nicest staff and the doc explain to me everything i need to do and don't do with my puppie, she was really helpfull

My dog had Cruciate surgery by Dr, Hart. Only 5 months later my dog needed surgery again for mistakes that Dr. Hart made. The screw that was put in is now coming out. He insulted me, argued with me, ignored me for weeks and took no accountability. He only cares about getting his money.
Save yourself the emotional and financial stress and go elsewhere.

I would not let Dr. Mackenzie touch another animal. My 2nd dog that has died within a week of getting "stitches" from him! -5stars if that was an option!

After not even an actual full exam I was told one thing about my cat. I had to suggest we give her an X-ray in the first place. She was given medication that didn’t really make sense. Next day I take her to another vet because she was even sicker and because of the lack of treatment at Waterview. She was dying. Waited almost 3 hours for them to send over X-Rays to see if there was anything I could possibly do to keep her alive and they could not even be bothered to send them over. Do you know how hard it is trying to see if you can do something to help your pet and keep her alive. Yet you can’t even send over her X-ray I paid for the day before? Super great service and now my best friend is gone. Thanks!

Our dog, Sparkey, has been going to Waterview Animal Hospital for 14 years and we have always been very pleased with the service. Recently Sparkey suffered a hip
Injury. The staff at Waterview treated our dog as if he were their own. The care he received was certainly above and beyond, and their expertise certainly eased our minds. During Sparkey’s stay at the hospital the staff welcomed our phone calls and made sure we were kept aware of his condition, when he came they checked on him. We are so grateful!

The best on the river. Dr Mckenzie is my fav by far. And Heather and Mary Ann are true sweethearts. ️

Okay service, brought in my pup as she had hurt her paw on xmas day and they were able to squeeze us in before heading back out west for work in a few days. Turns out it was just a bad sprain which I knew but wanted peace of mind before we started the drive back that it wasn't serious and finding out 4-5 days later that it is now a major issue.

Since being home my dog's been recovering well from the sedative, and seems to be walking more on her paw, due to nothing from the vet I should add, I've been taking her for small walks and having her out weight on her paw, same as you do for physio with humans, gradual weight bearing and ease back into activities. I've tossed the meds out they gave me for her as I want her to feel the discomfort in her paw. Completely disagree with the vet here in this and never should have accepted the meds, as I knew better, waste of money. Seems everyone provides meds for basic stuff, I'd rather the dog realize her paw is sore and I know.if we are.oushing it from reading her body language.

Pros on the clinic:
-clean
-easy access
-friendly vet
-willingness to book me in last minute.
-provided me with copies of the x-rays when I asked for her file as i see multiple vets as.i travel for work and I keep her records with me.

Cons:
-reception seemed a little unfriendly? Off day maybe? She didn't say much and I wasn't approaching her to chat, as I got an off vibe from her when I walked in the door as did my dog, her demeanor changed completely walking into the vet compared to the 3-4 others we have been to.
-no towels/blankets to put on the exam tables, not sure why this is a no brainer for cats/dogs. Stops from slipping off the tables, and is comforting to them if they have stability. Every other vet I have been to does this for this exact reason.

Anyways, I'd go back if I'm ever home with my dog again. I'd just push back a bit more on their suggestions of.meds/etc for minor injuries.

Very gentle and helpful. I hope we don't need to take our Boomer there for anything serious but feel confident they can help with all things
