Very dissatisfied with our last visit the girl couldn't understand English couldn't get my order right. Very frustrating.

Restaurant was recently renovated so it was nice and clean, the service was pretty good as the cashier was friendly and got our food quickly.

The food was decent, burger was tasty but fries were old.

Service was fast and nice. Going through the drive through they made a significant mistake. We did check our food before leaving which was important since half the food was missing. BUT they added it and sincerely apologized which shows great spirit.

This Wendy's always gets my order right and the staff are always friendly. Their dining room is not currently open.

Take it from Wendy herself (attached) : her dad invented GREAT food. Always loved this one because it was a more classic Wendy's inside. Sooooo good. Sometimes the hours don't line up with their posted hrs online, just an FYI.

As far as fast food goes this is probably the best in Fredericton. On occasion you get mixed up orders or cold food. You get what you pay for and more reliable then McDonald’s.

I asked for a freshly cooked double bacon cheese burger with just ketchup and freshly cooked fries. When I got it the burger wrapper was covered on the outside with ketchup. The fries were not freshly cooked. Just barely warm. I will not go back. This is the second bad experience I had there on Prospect Street.

This has to be the dumbest Wendy’s I’ve ever visited in my life. I’ve been to soo many across the USA, Canada and the Bahamas… someone needs to explain how breakfast is not served on any delivery app OR at the counter if you decide to dine in; BUT IT IS AT THE DRIVE THRU so I need a car.or to walk on the drive thru line for breakfast at this location? Sickening! I’ll never go back I don’t care if it’s free; the attitude from the staff when inquiring was repulsive as well. Wish I could give negative stars

Husband and I went through one day last week and all our food was hot and fresh, employees were very pleasant and were smiling. Never disappointed with this Wendy's!

Went through the drive thru. Fountain machine was broken so had to get a different drink and they charged me to get a different drink when their machine was broken.then scanned the app for 2.00 off premium combo and it didn't come off my total of $14 something. The girl at the first window could not understand us at all. We both tried to explain it to her that we shouldn't have been upcharged for wendys inconvenience and the missing 2.00 off, so we said okay thank you and went to second window. They said nothing they could do at second window and should've been done at first window. She said the girl at the first window doesn't fully know how the app works and that it has to be put in manually. So didn't get the discount

Best ever crispy sandwich amongst all the fast food outlet in town. Must try there chilli cheese sauce. You guys should open 24/7:)

I love the food at Wendy's. The hamburgers are really good and so are the fries. The drive thru at this location can be either slow or ridiculously painfully slow. I've actually been in the drive thru at this location for 15 minutes+ on an occasion, and several times only a bit shorter. That's ordering a hamburger, not chicken. Sometimes it's pretty quick, but it's been crazy slow too many times.

Today the fries were lukewarm, burgers were ok, it was quiet there today. So they were not busy.

If you haven't heard. Wendy's serves BREAKFAST now! What a game changer, imagine a breakfast baconator. I mean can it get any better?

In line for 20 minutes before the store closed got up to the window and was told the store was closed come back during business hours. Poor customer service you should at least serve those who have been in line until that line is finished. What business that is fast food closes the inside at 8pm but not drive-true? Common sense you close dinning room an hour before you close the store!

I think wendy's is fantastic.
It was my first time ordering through the app.a bit confusing but made it. I did select the pick up in dine in thinking that I'd run inside pick up the bags and go, but I now know that option is for dining in the restaurant.sorry to the lady working at prospect street last evening during the supper rush. I made more work for you during a busy time. I did offer to bag it up myself but she was gracious enough to do it quickly for me. So thank you for that, and sorry for making more work for you.

Online says it's open so my boyfriend and I walked a ways down to find out there is a sign on their door saying dine in closes at 8. Thanks for nothing Wendy's, poor experience like usual.

Love the 99¢ frosties. The drive through line is really long though and wish they would open the building back up.

Great quality of food here. Sometimes at fast food establishments you can find that there have been fries left out for a while but not here.
The fried food tastes pretty fresh and the sandwiches are packaged with care.

Only downside is that we often find there is quite a lineup here.
Being the only Wendy's uptown Fredericton though it's no surprise.

Driveway was extremely lined up so I went inside. I received some of the best service I've had in fast food in a long time. Food took less than 5 minutes to get for all 4 of us and was extremely fresh. Was definitely impressed.

I suggest hoing to the other location in Fredericton. Staff was disoriented unaccommodating and unfriendly.

Took way too long to order as the attendant was extremely confused by each menu item.

After receiving the order I received a burnt black coffee after asking for a 2 cream and 2 sugar.

Just passed through their drive thru at this uptown location (12 noon). Rude lady at the payment window.she wouldnt allow my passenger to pay easily. Sorry, but this lady needs to learn how to speak to the public in a customer service role. The northside location has always treated us with respect, and their cord reaches the passenger in the car! Pass on this location.cross the bridge. There, you get the true Canadian experience Wendy's should offer.

I wouldnt know if the foods good or not because no matter what time you seem to show up the drive through line is always out to the main roads. For the love of god open your doors.

They have decided not to open during the whole pandemic time other then the drive-thru. My understanding is that the owner says he is making way more money this way. I find the food not as good as it used to be, but that is probably an entire Wendy's thing. Thank goodness for the Baconator and the Thai Chicken Salad. Those two are to die for.

Burgers were cold and tasted like they were sitting in the warmer all day long. What happened to fast food. It used to be fresh and hot but nowadays it is just garbage

With this zombie apocalypse. This place has the fastest fast food available. The drive thru is pretty quick compared to many other places. Whatever they are doing. They are doing right

$3 Dave's Single burgers but that's on their own and not in a combo. I asked the staff if the $3 burger applied to the combo; she said it does. I order the combo, look at the total, and each item was charged separately: Burger - $3, Fries - $1.99, Drink - $1.99. Total with tax, $8.03. Normally the cost of a combo is $8.29. Congratulations, you saved 29 cents.

There is no combo deal with Dave's Single until the Dave's Single deal disappears. Well done Wendy's!

Very friendly service special the persone what cleaned the tables.food is ok but i think the combo price is a little bit to hight for the amount on food compared to other fast food restaurants.

Always Gets your order right, puts the food together so it not only taste good but looks good as well, and speedy with getting your food no matter the time of day

Real burgers, love their poutine and baconator, and Dave's. Bonus never feel sick after eating. Not like other competitors!

It's a shame that they lost so much money on their 99 cent frostys that they had to change them. They are fluffed up with air now and melt instantly. To bad.they used to be good.

The food was great. Wendy's in fredericton has the fastest drive thru times. My only critique is if the Bacon is burned throw it out. There is nothing worse than black crumbled bacon on a baconater dont let speed affect quality. I will also say the staff are very friendly

Typical Wendy's. Pretty fast service, but this city has some of the most unfriendly people I have ever met, including serving staff.

What is it with Wendy's? They are so welcoming! Third time in a month and third time the service is beyond awesome. The girl was all smiling and made jokes with me about not being sure about two items and even afterward the staff was friendly and I heard them joking together. I can honestly say that the whole crew seemed happy to work there. And yeah, of course: food was great like always! It might seem silly but to me, having happy people serve me makes everything feel better and more tasty.

This is close to where I work, really started to enjoy burgers here. Baconator is on sale $5.00 and do the online survey & you can get TWO premium burgers for $5.00 until May 26th!

The food was delicious, the service very fast and the place was super clean and neat. We really enjoyed our visit there.

I have been here several times prior this review. Today, I come for lunch with my friends. Baconator is something you should try if calories are not your main concern. Their salads are good too. The wait time is acceptable. The parking lot is big. No worry on parking at all.

If you are in a hurry, drive-through is available.

Fast Service, and the better of the 2 in Fredericton in my opinion. Burgers don't seem to be as greasy as they are on the Northside location
