Wendy's

This place is beyond disgusting. None of the tables are clean. The.floors are sticky and disgusting looking. It's only 12 now so not like it's been open all day. The workers look beyond miserable. Nasty, any where in Moncton has to be better then here. I need to pee lol but I'm scared to go into the bathroom!

It's Wendy's, never frozen beef, conversational staff, decent deals on quality food.
(Shared bathroom with Tim Hortons means you have to complain to staff if urinal cakes or sinks are not clean, etc.)

It was good until we saw the hamburger was all pink raw my mom need to cook it herself so much is was raw don't suggest unless you want to be sick

This store has a very hard time getting an order together correctly. Both in the drive-through and in skipthedishes orders, I've had to go back and have my order corrected 5-6 times. They particularly have difficulty putting a whole taco salad together. One time i've received it without the chili, another time without the sour cream. One of my kids is gluten free so i ordered only fries for him, which they forgot to include. I had to drive to the store to get his fries, which i had paid for, while everyone at home had their food.

Great food and exceptional customer service while consistently forgetting items and/or food.

I showed up for dine-in during the busy dinner rush yet my order was taken within the minute and I waited all of a couple minutes for my food, so great service. Hannah the cashier was awesome! My spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and I was impressed with the quality of my side salad. There's a nice seating area with a wall mounted fireplace that gives a cozy atmosphere here, but I have to knock off a star because the beeping from the machines in the kitchen were loud and going crazy! Nobodies fault but it must be rough working there and hearing that for hours. Overall I'm very satisfied and already thinking about going back.

I think this is the only good Wendys in town. Staff was friendly and everything was clean and tidy, including the bathroom.

I understand fast food is fast food but when ur baconator is a glorified double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon and looks like it got sat on and to mention the burnt cold fries disappointing.i used to be a big fan of wendy's, not sure if this is isolated to the moncton wendy's or all across but it just seems to be going down hill.

Baconator.what else is there to say? The food actually has flavour where other burger joints don't!

Food is great, but sometimes service can be a bit slow but everywhere lacks staff so I can understand that. Staff is friendly and respectful.

I never get what I order correctly whether I go in or drive through anymore.what is wrong with these people. I think it's the last time I'm going to Wendy's

Fries where very tiny like they where the end of the batch. Hardly cooked and very greasy not like the usual Wendy's fried

Not the greatest experience unfortunately. The food wasn’t really hot, and the dining room was looking tired.

Just bad all around messed up order didn't want to give us back money they over charged

I know everywhere is short staffed, but they seems to care more about door dash and drive through orders than people who actually walk in. I watched customers at the cashier not get served for almost 10 minutes and then walk away angrily.
Very frustrating

Went there for lunch and as I got there an elder lady was waiting for her food as she left the cashier laughed at her to another customer then she waited 15 min to ask me what I wanted she then did with attitude gave me a look for paying cash touched the food with her bare hands after touching cash food was horrible nuggets over cooked and dry bacon burned and potato wasn't cooked bad location staff needs to be retrained and thought manners and chilly had barely any chilly

Food was OVERLY salty. Giving a two star because the French toast sticks were really good. But everything else was leveled with salt.
We were the first ones on the drivethrogh and no one else behind us. How could it have taken them 15 minutes to prepare 2 coffees (which were mediocre at best), 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 french toast sticks.
They took my money almost immediately and had me wait for 15 minutes for my food.
If this wasn't a fast food joint, I would NEVER complain, but jeez. What is going on? !

Over 10 minutes to be acknowledged and have my order taken.then my burgers (double regular and triple plain combo) were single and completly wrong. And since they had done it to the previous 2 customers I checked before walking away with our tray. Took for ever to get them redone and by then my fries were cold and their fry station was empty and they hadn't dropped any fresh ones so I just took the cold ones.never coming here again
