Do disappointed with this location lately. Fries are always cold and taste like they have been sitting there all morning.

Breakfast service was quick and friendly, bacon egg and swiss croissants were decent, the potato wedges were delicious

I've been to this location several times this summer. Ordered approximately $30-$40 and every time they've had something wrong with the order. Poor service

Very disappointed with our last visit. Staff were arguing with each other. Orders were backed up. When we finally got our order it was not great Baked potatoes were so small, bacon was 3 little pieces. Chicken strip were also half the size they used to be. The pop, we usually get tea/coffee, was so watered down it he'd no flavor. Never thought I would give Wendy's a bad review!

Slowest drive-through in the whole city. I have had multiple experiences waiting 15+ minutes in line without moving more than a few feet before just driving away. You're much better off going to the A&W or Macdonalds just down the road. You will be in and out with your food in a fraction of the time.

Waited 25 minutes inside for my order, then requested a refund. District manager was making the sandwiches, stick to your own job its not for you, slow as hell

Usually it's really good but not this time. It was cold and I didn't appreciate the girl that was making up our order was always scratching around her face and that sort of was gross.

The better of the two Wendy's locations closest to me.

Their service is admirably fast when we're dropping by on weekday evenings while people are getting off work at the mall.

Always get the same thing so it's hard to rate the entire menu but I can guarantee their number 9 is on point.

I've got some soggy chili cheese nachos and some bags missing forks so I'll have to 3*

Still - this is the Wendy's to hit when you're anywhere east of the Harbour Bridge.

Quick service and good food are the staples of this place. I don't go often but when I do it reminds me of how much I enjoy a Dave's Double. 4/5, cause this is the Heart of Saint John.

Rarely go, maybe once every couple months. Always a 20+ minute wait in drive-thru and 90% of the time there’s at least one thing wrong in the order. They also tend to run out of product often, mainly salads. It might be a busy spot, but the McDonald’s that’s literally a few meters away has two drive-thru lines and can still keep up better than Wendy’s. Unless there’s less than 3 cars, don’t bother waiting.

The food was decent, but the service was very slow, but they were also very busy, they did their best

I have to say a huge thank you to the manager and staff at this store. During my trip to Saint John I stopped to get something to eat and the doors were closed. I'm a truck driver and can't go through drive-thru, she let me into the store, thank me for being a truck driver and said that they appreciated me. On top of that the food was made fresh and it just made my night. Thank you for supporting truck drivers

Too slow to many young kids out back screwing around while manager condones it no organization and no supervision

The food was ok but seems when ever I go to this particular restaurant something goes wrong with the order. Today was no different. They got it wrong again had to do a refund and place order again

Always super nice and friendly, usually the fastest drive-through in town, with high accuracy on orders!

Great staff. Need more pop in stock though. Usually out of 6 packs, 710ml which is a bummer. Christine Dufour is a legend.

The drive thru was very busy At the time so the cashier at the counter let me know she would just be a minute well she helped clear them up. I’ve worked in that situation before so I understood and waited about 5 minutes before she took my order. Once it was completed she upsized my poutine for free because I waited so long. You could tell she was feeling a little overworked but she still served us with a smile and made sure we got what we wanted. The food was also well prepared and hot. Good serving sizes and just what I was looking for. Job well done by all the staff working during that rush period. Keep it up.

Won’t waste my money there again the whole order was wrong went into fix it still was wrong no straws or napkins in the bag not happy

Surpasses all of the other fast food franchises out there. If you want a better burger, you would have to go to a really expensive restaurant.

Pretty normal Wendy's. The staff is pleasant and it has a great location near the movie theatre which makes it perfect to meet at for a pre-movie snack!

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s since I was a kid and let me tell you: I have NEVER had a positive experience with customer service. Sarah, the manager at this location is racist and when my friend went in to ask for a properly made frosty, (they gave us chocolate instead of vanilla) she was incredibly rude and mocked his accent. A small tip for the employees: don’t yell at your customers.

When we ordered Skip The Dishes, they gave us (vegetarians) 6 burgers and put OUR receipt on them. When I called to complain, the boomer on the phone yelled at me and was very rude.

This location takes forever to make their food. I have waited over 30 minutes for fries and a frosty. They prioritize Skip and Drive Thru more than anything. They ignored me when I went in and didn’t notice my existence for 10 minutes. That is 35 minutes of wasted time for one f*cking order.

Also my fries were cold.

I've had in general overwhelmingly positive service at this location, few times where a drive thru order has been messed up but no thing too wild.

Wendy's is my favourite fast food place but last night the service was extra friendly. They had sweetheart of a young man working the drive-thru and he make sure we had everything we needed.

I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich. The cashier had some sort of issue with ringing up the wrong sandwich. I saw that the sandwich that she rung up had jalapenos on it, which I didn't want. So I asked her about it. She said it just rings up that way, but she fixed it and it would be right. Lo and behold I had to eat a spicy jalapeno sandwich because I had to order to go. Always got to check your food or you might get burned? Stay Frosty #Wendy's

Love Wendy's so much. My experience today was a bit different. New employee without trainer to keep them focused. I blame myself for getting distracted by it and messing up my order. Momentarily unorganized but otherwise a great place to eat in or take out.

Service is ridiculously slow here.they seem to prioritize Skip the Dishes and drive-thru over walk-in customers.

Love the value menu as I don't like combo's and love the summer great deal of the frosty. Great Valu and great service

We love their burgers. Service is friendly, fast and affordable. Good food and clean area to eat in. Not as busy as some fast food places in Saint John, mostly because it is not with all the rest of the big names in fast food. Rothesay avenue is where this on is located next Vitos restautant.

Food was cold/had to get them to remake. They gave me such an attitude. Second time meal was not good at all, they didn't even ask to see if it was good 2nd time around and they saw i left it ALL at the table un eaten. Won't be going back

Always dirty basically especially behind the counter, as the day goes on its obvious nobody cleans there but other than that its good, good service.
