I would not let your children take a cab from here alone. My 14 year old son took a cab to his cousins. Once the cab arrived, my son tried paying with debit He soon realises he took my card. I was working. The cab driver got very irritated. My son offered to etransfer so he did. The cab driver did not understand how to accept it with a password. Started to back out threatening to take him away. Where? My niece runs outside to stop them. The cab stops and he tried to take my sons phone from his hands yelling and banging his hands on the wheel. My niece was able to pay him. I understand the language barrier of the driver and that can be frustrating for him…however it is never acceptable to treat any child like that. I called the company to explain my concern. I was sincere and in no way angry I just wanted them to know. Instead I get a women who didn’t care to listen then quietly just hung up. All that over $15.

One of Best Cab company in the City. Their cabs are clean. Also Their Drivers, Dispatchers,
and especially the management is really nice and cooperative. I will recommend to everyone if you need Safe and Professional ride call white cab

I am booking ahead for a trip in November to Moncton. I called and the gentleman who answered was very polite and helped me with my questions about a pickup to the airport for 3 am. He said they run 24 hours a day and to just call, they will be there. I am impressed and will use them. Outstanding reviews.

Driver was friendly. Car had a really strong stench of cigarettes covered up with cologne. Getting a ride home from the hospital, was not ideal in this car. The fare was reasonable.

Go-to service. Don’t make them wait too long though or they’ll leave. Always friendly drivers.

Honestly never had an issue. Good people. Probably have used them 30 times over 5 or 8 years.

Faissal Boshi, our driver for today, was excellent! What a wonderful coincidence to have him for our driver again on the trip back to our hotel! Super polite, extremely familiar with the streets of Moncton, safe driver, and he jumped out before we could say a word, offering to bring our packages to our room. Highly recommended.

Worst cab company in Moncton. Dispatchers sound like they hate life and anyone they're talking to.
Most drivers I get are huffy and completely rude.
I have had way better experiences with Air Cab.

Operator was so absolutely rude. Cut me off mid-sentence. They don't offer all services they mention. Parcel pickups (which they say they offer) is only if they have drivers. Go with Air cab if you need a cab or pickup. You can actually track their drivers and their operator is actually super sweet.

Car 60 it's a blue car the best driver I had for white cab he was nice Polite on time I was running late but he made sure I made it on time to work he wasn't to fast nor slow he was always talking and asking questions Grand old time chit chat in the cab thank you again for making the cad Experience good for me car 60.

Reckless driver ahead of me as I drove home. Didn’t use the signal to change lanes multiple times. Car number was 3471

Service was good, one of the cars we took has seen better days.
One of the drivers was friendly and talkative and the other didn't really say anything.
