The guy was very friendly, he was the only one working and swarmed with customers, I wasn’t able to get what I wanted but he offered to stay later so I could, I was in no rush to buy and didn’t want him to stay any later but his offer didn’t go unnoticed. Very friendly service!

She went above and beyond to help me get the upgrade I wanted. So thankful for her patience and kindness. You have a fabulous associate working for you. Merry Christmas

Kyle offered great customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to return for all future purchases, plus Costco always has the best deals for new cell phones.

The service I received at Costco Mobile was fantastic and they made everything so easy in transition to a new phone and provider.

It was insanely busy due to a massive sale, but they were polite and professional. They kept a "virtual line", where they would text when it was your turn and even had a link via text where you could check how close you were to the front of the line while shopping. Once it was time to be served, they were friendly, didn't rush but very efficient and has what I wanted at hand. Add-ons were suggested and purchased and a few tips given out for free as well. My second time in 5 years to use this retailer for upgrading cell phones and will use again in another few years.

Waited for a while but worth it. Emma took care of us, dealt with providers and was able to get us new phones and plans for a fraction of our previous plan fees. Highly recommend

Used the text app to let them know I needed assistance with getting a new phone. Received a text saying I was number 1 in line. Waited over an hour while I was getting groceries. I kept looking over at the kiosk and there were different people he was assisting. When I went to stand at the kiosk to get assistance he told me to come back I told him I already used the text app and others went ahead of me. If the app says I’m next then why are others served before me? Because they waited at the kiosk- then why do they have the app?

I didn't even buy a phone, I just walked by and the guy sounded pretty chill so no complaints from me. 10/10 service

There wqs an issue with the loyality plan on my account. After a few calls all should be fixed. So calm and patient Victoria was! Fabulous service!

The service provided to me today by Jeff at the Costco Mobility kiosk was excellent. I was there to return a smartphone and modify my plan as per the "Buyer's Remorse" provisions of my contract. The specifics of my request created some technical difficulties but Jeff dealt with the issues patiently, politely and professionally.

Friendly, fast, knowledgeable service! Lots of great extras with my iPhone (wireless earbuds, car charger and best of all Costco shop cards which I used to purchase extras for my phone)! Yay me! I will definitely be purchasing my next upgrade here as well as my families! Thanks again.

Mike was a great help at our visit today! He was very knowledgeable and wrote everything down for us to see the different price points, which we loved! He also got the phones out to show us comparisons and explained the differences between the three phones. Had a great experience from start to finish!

Jeff, Dylan and Victoria at the Costco Saint John wireless booth are incredible to work with! Jeff took care of everything and Dylan and Victoria jumped in to help out. All three were extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and very helpful! This is my first experience upgrading at the Costco booth, and I’ll definitely do it again! Great job!
