Such an easy and convenient method for registering and then waiting for your turn for service. I’m sure it helps the workers immensely too - I recall the days of them trying to remember who had been standing there the longest. Great addition!

I was very impressed with the service. I waited four hours but these men worked the whole day with minimal breaks and continued to give great service!

The experience at Costco was fine, they were very busy but helped each person in line. Brandon explained everything in detail, and setup went well at home UNTIL we tried to put the SIM card in the new phone. Both apple products. It won’t fit. New phone useless. Not sure if iPhone 8 SIM card is different than iPhone 14 but it just is too big for the 14. Hours away from any virgin store. If different sizes, wish they had told us at Costco.

Wasn’t very good. I had to give up on it because the rep could not get the 10 rebate to work. It gave me enough time to have cold feet and leave. He did try hard though.

Kristelle at the Fredericton Costco location was such a delight to deal with when my husband and I purchased 2 phones and updated our phone plans with her. Just prior to our visit, we were looking to purchase new phones in which I reached out to our existing cell phone provider. I had consequently wasted 2 days of countless hours being transferred, getting the run around and put on hold with our existing cell phone provider that I had enough. We decided to take a visit to the Wireless kiosk and that is when Kristelle met our cell needs in every way. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and displayed above and beyond customer service skills. She helped us find the phones we were looking for and helped us to get great phone plans! She had more knowledge about the products and services than the actual phone service provider company reps did. We will definately go see her for our future phone needs and we highly recommend Kristelle at Wireless!

A totally satisfying experiencing in purchasing my new phone. Rick was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. He was “crazy” busy but still able to focus on helping me. I was overwhelmed at times but mainly because I am not a “techie” person and switching from my old phone to new was a little disconcerting.

After a very poor experience at wireless in Saint John we opted for Fredericton. Waited over 45 minutes while staff sorted inventory to help us. Once we finally did receive help, the man was friendly and listened to what we needed. Very unlikely I’ll deal with them again.

Love the concierge service of registering for the lineup through text. I apologize if I have the name wrong but Nick was very helpful in explaining everything to me. Very happy with their service as always.

The only down side was I could not upgrade my phone with my existing account. This was Rogers issue, not Costco.

I renewed my contract on March 28 at Costco and Kristelle Morgan was very helpful through the whole setup and I got a great deal in the process. I have renewed and purchased new phones at Costco for several years and will continue to for the great service they always provide!

They have a number to text to hold your place in line but are not getting people to use it. I texted my name to the number and it said I was #1 in line and to come to the kiosk. I get to the kiosk and there's 3 people ahead of me.

I arrived after work to make a return of a phone case, there were two sales persons working and each had one customer. I "checked in" by scanning the notice on the partition. After about 20 minutes my phone buzzed and one of the sales people came out and started talking to the line of people that had started to form. I waved at her indicating that I was here and ready, she waved me over to stand on the red dots on the floor. She then proceeded to teach the people in line how to scan the sign in order to check in. Then she came into the booth grabbed her purse and left saying to the other clerk she wouldn't be long. I tried to be patient assuming maybe she needed a washroom break. 50 minutes later she returned! I was not amused, she had time to teach the people that didnt check in how to check in but not the time to tell the next customer in line that she had to leave and wouldn't be able to return for over 30minutes. Had she done so that would have given me the option of not waiting or continuing to shop. A poor business decision on that sales persons part.

MY husband and I were very pleased with the service we received on March 12. Kristelle went above and beyond to help us. We were very happy with the excellent service.would highly recommend her and this store.

David was very friendly and helpful. He kept his cool despite working alone with half a dozen customers surrounding the kiosk. He made the upgrade process quick and easy. Great deals available.
