Jean michel was our agent and he was phenomenal! We purchased 3 phones. He was experienced, patient, and very knowledgable. The whole process was quick and easy. The follow up care was amazing as well. Job well done!

There was a line so the wait was long (to be expected) however the electronic system appeared to malfunctioning. As I waited I went from 4th in the virtual line, to 12, to 10, to 9, to 13 etc etc. When I was finally being served over an hour past my appointment time (which was made in advance online) I received a notification that I was 6th in line and I should be seen in 20 minutes. I witnessed multiple people arrive, be told to scan into the line using the QR code and then proceed be served before me. It appears technology isn’t always the better option. Once served it was fast and courteous.

Drive in from out of town specifically for this service.
Waited quietly and patiently over 20 mins in line, understandable when busy.

When it was my turn, I approached the clerk, (older guy) who continued to give as much attention to cleaning and servicing another person's cell phone, even though he said he would help me.

I explained what I had, and with which carrier, and asked some questions to try to understand how their service worked with the carriers, and if there was any benefit to me to upgrade with them vs directly with the carrier. (Im already eligible for a credit and waiver of fees for upgrade thru the carrier, which is about equal to the $200 on current phones).

I tried to engage in discussion to understand the comparison, and this guy was truly unmotivated in selling their services and extremely condescending, making assumptions.

Ultimately, for me the only benefit would have been the free charger and earpods, but for them it would have been whatever they'd make on the upgrade of two cellular devices.

You loose.

Last week, I upgraded my phone at Costco in Moncton, NB. Jean-Michel was awesome! He explained everything, answered all my questions, and made sure my phone was completely set up. Very caring and professional.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes while a couple was being waited on. Representative was on hold in the phone… another customer that was not “in line” jumped in to ask questions and representative proceeded
To answer her questions. I left.

The girl that helped with getting a new phone was amazing I left with a brand new phone and it was the fastest and easiest process I have ever had getting and switching phone companies will recommend to everyone looking for a new phone!

Lindsay was great. Thorough and clear with information which, in my opinion, is crucial when dealing with contracts.
Second time at this location and I'll keep going back!

It's time though for the company to stop handing out the car charger adapter that plugs into the cigarette plugs. There's not many card out there with this option anymore.

This is my 4 th phone through this outfit. Wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. No BS, and they aren’t trying to con you into some plan or “deal” you don’t need.

The representative listed to what I wanted and explain several contract options and phone options. He was very thorough in the explanation of my contract. Very pleasant and professional. Thanks Matt for the great service.

What a horrible experience! My husband called 3 times, non of which were answered. Drove all the way there and after waiting 30mins my phone I wanted to purchase was sold out. No where online is that displayed nor at the kiosk. The phone stock should be visible online.

J'avais vérifié la disponibilité de mon téléphone sur votre site web et j'ai fait deux heures de route pour aller attendre 1h30 en fil d'attente et me faire dire que vous n'aviez plus le téléphone en stock. Je ne pense pas retourner dans votre magasin surtout si c'est pour m'acheter un cellulaire je vais aller ailleurs pour être certaine d'avoir le service qui est annoncé.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jean Michel today. I was looking to upgrade my phone and he provided me with all the necessary information on two models. There was no pressure, he answered all my questions and seemed genuinely interested in providing me with all the required information so that I could make an informed decision. I would highly recommend for anyone drop in to see Jean Michel for all their mobility needs

Our service provider was the hiccup in this experience. Costco employee went above and beyond. He noticed an error and drove to our house to fix the problem. Nice to see an employee going above and beyond. I hope Costco recognizes how lucky they are to have this employee.

This is the second one time I dealt with costco and each time was a pure pleasure. Very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and patient. If you have not checked them out for a phone and service, I highly recommend that you do.

The wait time was way too long … over one hour and 10 min to ask a 5 min question about warranty and repairing my iPhone …more staff needed, especially when other people are buying phones that take up so much time.possibly if another person could answer simple questions for a max of this five min time frame …would help …

I've always had excellent service when I've gone to their kiosk in Costco but this last time was horrible. The man that I spoke with was extremely rude. I will go back but I won't deal with him.

Great prices and service. Changed my screen protector 3 times as it was lifetime warranty no questions asked. Bought myself and my mother a new phone and plan. Free accessories. Costco gift cards! Great service. Second time asked for Jean-Michel specifically as he hooked me up the first time, and didn't disappoint. He was able to set up a new phone line while I shopped around and picked everything up. Strongly recommend this place to anyone.

I was pretty frustrated with the process to change the protection glass under warranty. The first time I went to the Kiosk to replace it, I was told that due to COVID they couldn’t touch my phone (which is understandable) but to come back when restrictions eased. I did this but was then told that because I had bought the glass more than a year prior, I had to go through the manufacturer and ended up having to pay for shipping.
I did buy two more glass shields, one each for my wife and daughter, at the time I was told if it were to crack within the year I could have it replaced at Costco. My Daughters cracked after 2 months and when I brought it back in I was told their rules changed again and since it was bought after March they couldn’t help and again had to go back through the Manufacturer and pay for the replacement.

The service was excellent. Prices & Costco cards are always a bonus. Mathieu was off at 5 but stayed and although there was a delay on phone providers end to make the change was in good spirits! On a sidenote Costco is kind of creepy when it's closing!

Excellent service. Great price. Good promotions with Costco cards. Representative helped me set up the phone. Was very thorough and knowledgeable about the type of phone I needed and was conscious of cost. This is the only place I ever go for service and professional attention to my needs.

The saleperson was very helpful and knowledgeable; however, the process for electronically registering as opposed to simply waiting in que was painful for many and results in several people being told they are first in line (at the same time).
