The fast reversing river "attraction" does not happen unless you stop by for hours to watch. The guide from the pink bus informed us of the time of the changing tide, but did not say we won't be able to see the phenomenon. So we spent loads of time there for nothing. Anyways the place is cool with a nice view from the town.

It is a really nice place to bring kids and your family. The town has a great vibe. A definite visit. You can take the view of the falls from many different angles/place and can really see water falling down.

Park is delightful. Well maintained with beautiful view of the reversing tide on the St John river. Cultural stories are told through statues and plaques. Supported and maintained by Irving company.
