Very pleased with the purchase of our used F150. We were travelling from over an hour away and they were able to confidently appraise our trade-in in advance, saving us an extra trip and giving us a better financial picture ahead of time. Low kms, fair price, many add-ons available for extending the warranty, adding a commercial warranty, a tire warranty, etc. I had pre-shopped the vehicle for my husband while he was at work. Corrine was my first point of contact when I reached out to Wood Motors. She was very responsive to my email request for pricing and trade-in value, even though I didn’t expect to hear back so soon. She was also very personable in her emails and initial phone call (and later, in person!). She matched us with Bobby as our salesperson whom took the time to listen to what my criteria was and offered to hold the truck for me until I could get out to see it. And then I was connected with Dustin to work out financing in advance. Once I did get out there to preview it in person, Bobby took the time to review every feature of the truck with me with no pressure to buy. He patiently went back and forth with Dustin to clarify all all my questions and discuss all the different options in order to arrive at our final price after trade-in adjustments and warranties. After I left, both Bobby and Dustin were easily reachable by phone and by text, even on Sunday. Tuesday when we returned to the dealership, the truck was ready to go, my husband saw it for the first time - Bobby still took the time to review all the features once again with him - and it was all ready to drive off the lot! Bobby even followed up with us afterward to make sure there were no concerns and remained available for any questions we had after the sale was complete. I was impressed with the level of efficiency under which this all took place and ultimately we feel got a vehicle with very good value. We will definitely do business with them again.

Great service and great people. Need a vehicle call Blair Brewer. The service from the first phone call to the overview of the vehicle prior to pulling off the lot was excellent.

Truck was towed in for a stuck emergency brake, was here for a week.they put new front brakes and a battery and said that the emergency brake was frozen, 3 days later here I am stranded halfway between sj and fredericton with stuck emergency brake. I wouldn't bring my truck back here ever for repairs. Bad experience.

My experience with woodmotors is always great. I had previously won a signature Auto detailing package for my escape. Bobby Lemieux made sure to check in and make sure I was doing ok and if I needed anything. The guy on the service desk (I never caught his name) was sure to check in with me and asked if I needed anything. Bobby and everyone at woodmotors is always kind and making sure we are happy when we leave. My vehicle came out looking like a brand new car. I was very please with the detailing! Hated to do that 2 hour drive home and get it dirty. Always a happy customer when I leave woodmotors!

Wood motors located in Fredericton NB never fails me. I’m so grateful for experience I have with this dealership. Troy McIntrye and his entire team always provide a simple, easy process when transitioning to a new truck. I originally looked at purchasing different brand Vehicle this spring (just out of curiosity). BUT not only was the service I receive at Wood Motors unable to be matched, so was the quality of vehicle.

From a flat tire in-upstate NY (my fault) too two trucks being stolen (also my fault?), Wood Motors was there every step of the way to support me.
. Even if it was 6am on Sunday Mornings.

Now for the new F150.

When I found out my original lease was up, I thought “I don’t even need a a new truck, I love this thing”.
I had a quick meeting on my scheduled time, and decided on what to purchase next. Couple months later with zero hassle on my end, I got my new truck. And WOW. The updates in the 2021 are truly fantastic. Headlights are unreal, and the colour leaves everyone wondering what colour it actually is and drives like a luxury vehicle.

So excited for the adventures in this truck, hopefully not any joy rides like the previous ones.

Everyone is a little bias when it comes to brands of vehicles but this truck and service are undeniably top tier.

Purchased my first truck and the service was excellent. Salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. Gave me an great deal on my trade.

My vehicle appointment was scheduled at 8am and I waited 3 1/2 hours before getting my vehicle back. They didn't take it in until 9: 45am. Ridiculous waiting around for my vehicle. They didn't even come to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. Lack of communication with this company. I wouldn't recommend this place to get vehicle repair. Why do they give you a appointment for and customer shows up on time and they don't take vehicle in until 9: 45am. Now what was the purpose of getting a appointment if they are not going to take it in on time. They should've discounted my bill a little bit for the extra long wait. It seems everytime I go to this place to get vehicle service I am being treated like a no nothing. It seems like they put me on the back burner and not being kind to me. That is how I feel about this place.

I have bought many vehicles from Wood but since my last vehicle a 2019 Ford EcoSport, I experienced nothing but below average service from the dealer. Also as they promoting this vehicle as a great vehicle, I have to disagree and would say that it is the worst Ford product I have ever purchased. I also reviewed many of the comments and it odd that the owner only replies to the good ratings, avoiding the truth I guess.

I took my Roush 427R twice now two years in a row the first year I had no issues. The English lad gent at the desk is always great and checks the car over. This year however the same service was given but after getting it done I finally took the car out after being busy for about a month when checking it over I noticed they had stripped the heads on 4 nuts on my right rear tire. I'm not even sure its properly tourqued. I wouldn't recommend having to pay to deal with this for anyone. If you have something you like and take care due yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Service was done end may and have only put 300km on it before noticing it. Thanks for the problems wood motors thanks alot. I can include pics if needed.
