After dropping off a leaf blower to the. For a tune up in early May I was called and told that the rings were bad and it could not be fixed for less than a replacement. They said they would have it back together in a day and I could pick it up whenever suited. Time passed and it was 2-3 weeks before I could get in. I paid for the inspection work done, and when he went back to get it he said it had not been touched and was still in pieces. I was told it would be fixed quickly and they would call when it was ready. Now the end of July I have still not heard from them.

I have loved Stihl, but will find a different dealer for service.

My go-to for outdoor equipment needs. Recently needed a belt for a snowblower on a Saturday. When other places are closed, Yard Gear is open and always has what you need.

Such a friendly and helpful atmosphere. The workers come to you and ask if you need help. Such a relief. I only bought shear bolts and chainsaw sharpeners, but certainly makes me want to return for bigger purchases soon.

Sales guys at counter great. Friendly and helpful. I did however think when female employe came out to repremand counter guy very unproffional in front of customers. Should have been done in private.

When I entered the store…. I heard this voice call out “Good Morning”. I couldn’t even see the young man…but I felt welcome immediately. The service was excellent. He showed me every version of Yeti Cup in the whole store…. And demonstrated how each one worked. I came away with a lovely teal Rambler…love it! Thank You!

I purchased a Bobcat sub compact tractor, after the sale I’ve called to get a price on some parts and implements. It took some time to get an answer back, the owner took some time to answer some questions and listen to my concerns.
Got the 50hr service and oil change, everything went smooth, the owner and staff were helpful friendly. I was able to drop off in the morning and get it back the afternoon.

Purchased a generator from yard works recently and it works even better than anticipated. Also had great customer service from the representative.

We are very pleased with any service that we ever had at Yard Gear. A special thanks to Stephan who went out of his way to find the right bolts to connect our bagger. He came to our house after his shift to make sure they worked. Thank you so much!

Prices are good. I wish the service desk had more knowledge because I left unsure and anxious with my warranty. But it was covered on my Combi because there was air bubbles in the plastic that broke. As for my chainsaw they charged me a ridiculous amount to change a simple part. I wish I would have known how slow they were because I would have done the work myself. All in all if it's not a manufacturing defect do it yourself if it's a clear manufacturing defect they will replace it but they won't really know until the manufacturer confirms the defect. So you may be unsure whether it will be covered when you leave after dropping it off.

Bought a lawn mower and trailer. Both are great. Had an issue with delivery. Called at 12 said they would arrive around 1. Called again about quarter after 2 and said they are just leaving.
Probably a communication error but it's something you can work on becuase I lost 4 hours of work.

Such a great, easy transaction. Was able to purchase a 4 wheeler for my son over the phone, she sent a link to my phone to pay, and I had someone else pick it up for me. Highly recommend!

Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable of the product he sells. The sales experience was great. He answered all my questions, and filled me in on the snowblower itself and how everything works. He even went as far as filling the gas tank.

Although it was a bit of a drive out Hanwell road to the edge of Fredericton city limits, when I called they quickly where able to find the snow blower part I needed in stock and it and was ready for me to pick-up. First time visiting and the service very friendly - post-COVID will have to check out their showroom!

Quite dissapointed.called and booked an apt to have my stand alone generator inspected and serviced. Explained that it was for a propane generator they said it was no problem when i took it in i was told by the tech it was no problem. 3 weeks later thay called to say thay couldnt do the work.not impressed i will be taking my business elswere for sure very unprofessional.

Great service. Nice that they are open this time of yr. Tried going to Torque motorsports and they are closed til new year- pretty inconvenient.

I love shopping at Yard Gear. The store is spacious, they have music playing and the staff are #1. I recently purchased my second Gravely 160 zero turn from them. I'm still running the first one and it's 7 years old with over 700 hrs on it. My new Gravely is the Mach1 with a little more power. They make a great mower and I can't wait for summer.

Went into Yard Gear today for my first time. From the second I walked in, I was so impressed! Mark greeted me like a long lost friend and proceeded to show me exactly what I was looking for and showed me some other gift ideas, sales and promotions and was so friendly through the entire shopping experience. I would highly recommend shopping here!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked how I could be helped, he knew a lot about the yeti cooler I wanted and convinced me to go a step up!

Worst ever.took generator in to have fixed and it was going to cost more to fix then a new one. So i decided not to fix. Went to pick up and charged me 187 and came out in pieces.i thought it would be put back together again but it was all apart and was going to charge me to put back together.

Mike was great to deal with. Did the transaction over the phone for work purposes due to being out of province with no issues. The free delivery is great

Stopped in on a Saturday to pick up a couple of yeti products and a new chain for my saw.
We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, asked what we needed, we were shown the displays for the yeti products and I mentioned I needed a chain and it was ready and waiting at the counter for us.

I have shopped at this store many times and have always been impressed not just with the service but with amount of staff that offer service. Very knowledgeable people. I have referred to friends in Moncton and SJ and they have been happy as well.

After not being able to find elsewhere a gift that is on my grandsons Christmas Wish List, went to Yard Gear. Found what I was looking for and bonus it was on sale! Excellent service and the guys working were hilarious! Definitely would recommend Yard Gear!

Yard gear has lots of potential but just doesn't seem to pull through with customer service. It really depends on who you deal with, which is unfortunate. I have been charged shipping before to order in an item I was only told was out of stock. It was refunded but not without some debate. And recently I bought some fuel stabilizer, which they charged me more than their label and is significantly more than the competition.

I had a great experience today while purchasing a couple STIHL toys for my son for Christmas! I would definitely go back for future shopping! Merry Christmas!

I ended up buying a 2020 ktm 350sxf. I dealt with Blake the whole time. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Knew the answer to every question I asked, and a bonus, they were actually the cheapest place! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had great service from Yardgear since 2018, first with a Husqvarna Automower and most recently with a Stihl pressure washer and battery Kombi system. I’ve had great advice and help (without pressure) followed by excellent support.
