This is an excellent hotel, there is excellent internet, there is an elevator, a gym with a swimming pool, excellent service, excellent food, spacious rooms, the best beds I have ever seen

Excellent service all around - from free shuttle to/from airport, delicious breakfasts (also free), comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly front desk staff, and complimentary desktop computer and printer in the lobby. The cleaning staff always had a smile too...

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room definitely did not sleep 5 as advertised. Maybe three, but the pullout couch was super uncomfortable. Some of the lights and outlets in the room did not work as well. The main bed was quite nice however.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel until they complete renovation of the rooms which are very outdated. The staff were friendly and common areas were nice.

Worst hotel in Newfoundland! We stayed at a room on second floor but didn’t get sleep at all until 2am! Loud noises and bullying activities of the teenagers partying just outside our room but hotel did NOTHING, although we called front desk 3 times!...

A nice small hotel with on site restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and clean. A great location to be in to drive down to the ferry the next morning.
