I truly want to say with words that there are not enough, Amy Gibbons (and her team) are the most caring people I have seen in a Long Time. I was broke down on the road in the cold for over an hour and a half when this woman and her employer came to my rescue! They truly went beyond and above to help me in a way that no one else tried!

I won't be returning to this location & if you are a YOUNG WOMAN I would HIGHLY ADVISE staying away. I recently bought a car from a kind man on Facebook Marketplace. He was upfront about the fact that the car hadn't been inspected yet, but it should be just fine & if there were any issues he was unaware of we would discuss splitting the payment. Napa AutoPro was the only place that could book me in for an inspection on short notice. However, on the phone call to schedule the appointment, the receptionist remarked how terrible it is that "young girls these days go buy cars without getting them inspected first. " When I showed up for my appointment the mechanic proceeded to laugh in my face at the fact that I bought a car without it being inspected. My appointment was booked for 8am & I was the first to show up that morning. At 12pm the manager updated me saying they should be getting to my car soon, but she had no idea when. After being in the waiting room for 5 hours, I was finally serviced around 1pm, after which the mechanic came back into the shop & said "you should be prepared to spend a lot of money on that car. " When I tried to question him on what he meant, he walked away. They quoted up to $3000 in damages necessary for the car to pass inspection. After the off-putting customer service I received there, I booked an appointment at another mechanic shop the next day. The car passed inspection with no issues. Not only were the workers at Napa AutoPro biased & disrespectful about the fact that a young woman has no knowledge on cars, but they tried to incorrectly quote damages.

Unpleased with the customer service. After getting service completed at Napa Autopro, I asked for synthetic oil and if they notice the vent line disconnected from the gas canister, please do not re-attach it. When I tried to get gas, the nozzle would shut off after every 20 cents put into the car. I knew right away they re-attached it. Took me 20min to put $10 in my car. I figured that would be enough gas to get back to the garage to ask them politely to fix it. I waited 45min just for Amy to tell me there was nothing they could do for me and to re-book. She made me feel like I was lying. So, I left and had to put another $15 dollars in which took me 25min. I am now late for work and had to use up my vacation time. When I got home to investigate myself, sure enough, it was clamped back on. It took 3 days for an oil change, new base pan, wheel alignment, and control arm. My original appointment also got re-scheduled. Overall, they did not listen to my request. I ended up with regular oil and a run around for a few days which could have been avoided. I won't be going back. Can't be trusted after being caught in a lie. Just wish she had of jacked up the car herself to witness that I was right.

We have had 3 of our vehicles serviced here in as many months. Always prompt service. Amy, Kenneth and the rest of the staff are awesome.

Highly recommend this place. Not only did they find a time slot for oil change on the same day I called them, the whole thing was done in less than 30 mins with a great price!
I asked them to rotate my tires, they could have easily done it and charge me but they were honest enough to advise me that not much treads left on my tires and it would be a waste of money!
Will use their service again.

I have nothing bad to say about Napa Autopro, the service there was nothing short of amazing. From the receptionist, to the manager, to the mechanics, everyone is so professional, but also talks to you like family. I would high recommend using this place for all your vehicle needs.

Took my truck to be worked on. Brakes and apparently control Arms
(Just had my truck inspected before i left ON)
Anyway after manying confusing and frustrating phone calls.
And rude ignorant customer service it cost me $1700
And now my brakes make a loud click sound randomly (never had that before)
I litlerally had my rear brakes and drive shaft repalced for less then $1000 in ON.
Stay far away from this place
Employees dont wear masks. I thought that was the law
After I called the NAPA franchiser they just dont care

Poor customer service. Took nearly 3 days to get a refund as I was charged twice (the first transaction was cancelled by the employee before it completed, and when I tried again their machine said “limit reached”) for an oil change but was told by the staff that it was a banking issue and not theirs, when in fact it wasn’t. I was prompted to try my card again and was told this had happened to one of them before at another business and not to worry as my money would return to my bank account “in a few hours. ” I stated I hadn’t ever had this happen before. Luckily, I had another debit card with me and was able to pay with that. I never tried to leave without the oil change being paid for. I relayed this information to them, and showed my bank statement showing I had been charged. They told me to come back and I’d be refunded if my bank confirmed the transaction did go through and was told multiple times they would contact me, but they never bothered to contact me until I had tried contacting them. I would only ever get a response after I reached out to them multiple times and stated I could go ahead with disputing the charge via my bank (who were extremely helpful given the situation) and it was then that they agreed to give me a refund. Coincidental that I never got this response until I reached out on Friday to let them know I could go ahead with that route instead. I contacted them on Thursday to let them know my bank had suggested they contact the merchant regarding the transaction. They called me after I suggested they do this to let me know they had then contacted the merchant. It shouldn’t have been such a complicated situation. I completely understand mistakes happen, but instead I was made to feel like it was my issue and that I was a bother to them for not wanting to pay $100 for a $50 oil change. No worries about me going back for another service and I feel like other customers should be aware in case this issue comes up again. If there is a problem with the machine, maybe it should be looked into further:)

Staff were accommodating. Price was definitely right. Only small wait time for oil change. Definitely my choice for oil changes. No reason to pay substantially more at franchise oil change businesses.

They did the job, but not very truthful. They wouldn't perform an oil change with provided oil, due to 'liability issues', however they have no problem using your parts for other work. They failed to tell me my wipers wouldn't work before I left the place, on a day with rain in the forecast. Not going back.

They were down a few staff due to a broke down truck on the ORR. The manager was still able to honor my appointment time. The lady at the front desk was super nice and so was the mechanic.

Fantastic price too!

Had some issues with my car last week (breaks and struts), so I was recommended to check out Napa on topsail road. Got in really quick, they checked everything out and explained to me the issues in full and let me have the choice on what problems I’d like to fix and how much they would cost. The service was very honest and I upfront. Everyone on the staff, from the people at the front desk to the guys working on the car is very nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get quality service for a great price.

Brought my car in to change a burnt out bulb and replace a tire. The staff was thorough enough to see my breaks and calipers also needed to be replaced. The cost of have the additional work completed, while unexpected was very reasonable and much cheaper than if my car was brought back to the dealership

I needed an oil change for my car and I got service the same day I called in. The staff were super friendly and customer service was stellar. The receptionist offered me a hot beverage I waited for my car to get done. The wait time was extremely short and my car was serviced in about 15 minutes or so. The mechanic even pointed out a part that was starting to get bad as I received my keys upon the service payment. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Even the price is right at this place! Thank you guys for a great experience:) I'll be back there for sure!

My F150 broke down during the State of Emergency due to Stormageddon 2020 in Paradise, NL. SOMEHOW, Amy at NapaAutoPro in Mt Pearl managed to get a tow truck to get my vehicle off the road and to their shop!
Amy kept me up to date with what was happening with my truck, and what repairs were required, estimates, etc. She also found a used fuel pump during the time that the State of Emergency was still ongoing in St Johns, and managed to get my vehicle back in a very reasonable amount of time! Very impressed and you have gained a new customer!

Went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my exhaust system. When the estimate came back it was much more than I could spend that day and anyway I couldn’t leave my car there for 2 1/2 hours to get it fixed because I had appointments all day. When they took it down off the ramp I informed them that I could not leave my car and I would have to think about the price. It was only then that the person on the counter said that they had a ramp fee which total over $50 just to have a look at my car. I think it was done because I didn’t have my repairs done then and there. I was not informed of this charge before the car went in the garage and nor could I see it posted anywhere. I think it was done out of spite. I’m not impressed with how they treat their customers and I will never go back. By the way, I had the repairs done at another shop and it was $300 cheaper than what NAPA had estimated it would cost. Buyer beware!

I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. As the saying goes, the more bells and whistles the more chances for problems. So the need for a garage you can trust is all important. I knew I had found that garage when the first time I brought in my Jeep I was having an issue with my Quadra-Lift system. This is the -air-ride system where with the hit of a button, it raises or lowers the whole suspension. They could have easily told me I needed some costly repair, but the fuse was blown, and they replaced the fuse and my problem was fixed. I go there for all my maintenance needs. Thank you Amy and staff for the exceptional service!
