Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with my nails, it's $70 plus tax for an express manicure here without gel or shellac just for normal polish. Which is super expensive and they do not have the tools here to do nails at all. I think they should probably remove nails all together here or charge a fraction of the price for them and purchase some more tools to provide a proper maicure/pedicure. It does say they do gel nails but the polish is not gel and on my second application they were able to remove the 'gel nails' with normal nail polish remover, I'll be lucky to get a few days without them peeling.

I did return back today to have them re painted as after the first attempt were really bad quality.

The second time around they are better but still I could achieve these results at home with the basic tools I have. It did take over an hour and a half to re paint my nails and let them dry which is ridiculous.

Im sure the other treatments would be okay but nails are deffinetly not there specialty.

My eyebrows were really good, Sydney did a amazing Job with my eyebrows.

On the plus side staff are accommodating and lovely.

I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars. Our service was amazing, the food was delicious and the ambiance is lovely! I highly recommend if you are visiting!

You can purchase Canada Goose and winter gear cheaper than in other regions. The staff is friendly and can help you find the size you want. At first impression, it may seem like a small store, but it stocks almost all winter necessities.

We’re totally stunned by the spectacular auroras on all 3 consecutive nights during our stay The weather was freezing cold at -35 to -40 and we felt it was even colder probably -50 when we stand outside So kudos to our guides Saxon, Floris and Janet who braved the condition and helped us to take beautiful pictures. They sent the pictures out just a few hours after the tour so we were able to see them once we woke up, how thoughtful! And what’s more it’s free! Add oil Saxon, Floris and Janet

We’re also amazed by the hospitality of the Hong Kong family (CK, Angela and Verda) who owned and run the business, they connected with people on a personal way and made us feel very at ease. A special shout out to Verda who went out of her way to help us find hotel and flights when our original flight out was cancelled

The food is also clean and delicious. The owner was kind and even provided me with mixed coffee, so I was able to leave good memories. I was even more thankful that I was able to take the leftover rice with me and have a meal at the hotel.

The pizza was astonishing, then as I was just about to leave they had 2 other pizzas that was made by mistake that I got for free! I only got half way thru the large and still have pizza for days now!
On a side note, their honey BBQ sauce is wicked awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about Aaron Wall and his team at YK Motors. We have been dealing with them for many years and they have always stood by their word, their work and their products. It’s easy to sell a vehicle but what keeps people coming back is the aftercare. We recently had some mechanical issues with a vehicle we purchased and Aaron went above and beyond to make things right even when he didn’t have to. If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle or boat in Yellowknife, check out YK motors- you won’t be disappointed! I’d give them 10 stars but there’s only 5 available
