Called to have my doors unlocked in my 2015 focus. They came over right away, even in rush hour traffic. Adam was very friendly and took him no time to get my door unlocked, even with electric locks and no “physical” lock mechanism to pop open. Their price was half what I paid a tow company 5 years ago. Awesome Service!

Disorganized, unsafe, unreliable.

I used this company twice for round-trip airport transportation. The first time the driver was late for the pickup.he did text when he was five minutes late to say he was on the way.

The second time I used them, I booked an 08: 50 pickup, and was called at 08: 00 to be told he was waiting for me. The driver and taxi (sporting a Halifax taxi company light) were unkempt in appearance, and the taxi had a bad odour in it. The ride to the aiport was at a speed in excess of that reasonable for the road conditions, and eventually the taxi hydroplaned.and fortunately recovered. I was relieved to arrive at the airport alive. For the return segment back from the airport, I texted both the company's phone numbers to announce my arrival, and did check in with the taxi booth at the airport and was told the taxi was in the holding bay, yet after repeat texts, and after waiting a half-hour for them to pick me up at the airport, I gave up on ever being picked up, and secured alternate transportation home.

Worst experience ever. Confirmed our airport drop-off booking by text, never showed up at the requested time. Did not respond to phone call or texts. Will never use again.

Love this company! Adam regularly drives my mother from Halifax to the Valley, my mother gushes about what a great driver he is and how comfortable and safe she feels driving with him. She definitely prefers driving with him then me lol.
We also use them for Airport runs and they are punctual and reliable. Great prices and service.

Scheduled in advance a 5am pick-up to go to the airport. The cab was a no-show and their phone lines weren't open. Had to call another cab company.
