Accel has been such a positive and key part in my recovery. A special mention to Lauren and Ashley who both work wonderfully together and have continued to provide me with such great care. Their compassion, understanding and knowledge is second to none. The front desk staff are lovely. Thanks, Accel!

Started off booking for Chiro at this location because its 2 mins away from my home. I Had originally booked with Ashley, but had to reschedule my appointment. I was rescheduled with Rebecca who showed up to my appointment about 15 minutes late. Normally, it's not a big deal, however the reason she was late is because I could clearly hear her loudly gossiping about some family drama to another employee.which didn't sit well with me.
After my appointment, Rebecca asked me to see her in the Dartmouth location because her Halifax schedule didnt work out for the date I was requesting (assuming this was a one time thing). I booked a 3rd appointment with Ashley (trying to get back to my original choice before meeting Rebecca for my second appointment) and upon showing up to see Rebecca in Dartmouth, she confronted me about my decision to change at the very beginning of the session. She was clearly upset that I chose to stay in Halifax for another Chiropractor and was getting overly flustered and aggressively trying to convince me to start going to Dartmouth or I can only see her on Fridays with 1 time slot available.basically giving me an ultimatum.
As a paying customer, I specifically chose the Halifax location because it was close to home, I chose Ashley because of her great reviews and when I tried to leave Rebecca as a client I felt like I was being overly pressured to stay.
Rebecca knows her stuff, but she is hardly professional. Needless to say, I will never return.

If you're looking for an amazing RMT, look no further: Jesse is outstanding! I've had a lot of massage therapy over the years but nothing has compared to Jesse's technique, skill, and care. Ask for Jesse!

Two locations to serve you better! I love that I can go to either location to see my practitioner! The best Concussion Management program and multi- disciplinary approach

Awesome team. Have been so helpful after a car accident. Been to a few different clinics, and this is by far my favorite. Highly reccomend!

I attribute this place for being the reason I can still play sports. Years ago I was in a motorcycle accident and severely broke my leg. The therapists were honest and strong but when we agreed on a goal they kept me on track and helped me achieve my goals.
