The unit was clean and easy to access. The area seemed quite secure and safe. The attendant was helpful and explained everything very well. I appreciated that as it was my first storage experience. Thanks.

Everything went very smoothly. I was able to get set up over the phone which was great. Then I went down to find out which was my storage unit and got the rest of the details while I was there. The staff were super friendly and informative.

We moved from BC and needed storage for just over a year. It was so easy to organize this from afar. The manager was extremely prompt and responsive to any questions and especially helped us pick the right size locker and location for our needs! The lockers are extremely well-maintained, clean, and secure. The service was always friendly and very professional! I would certainly recommend them!

We utilized a larger locker for the winter months and changed to a smaller unit for the spring and summer. The staff made the transition possible and seamless.

Petra and the staff at Access Storage, Bridgewater are great. We appreciated the follow up call to rent after only a short time on a wait list. The unit was large, clean and easily accessible. They also offered the one time use of a moving truck to load our items into the unit, which we took advantage of. We rented our unit for about 6 months, and we always found the staff at Access Storage to be very helpful and accommodating throughout this time.

Storage facility is fine. I do not like the app for on line payment. When I brought this up to the attendant at the Bridgewater site he became very defensive and rude. I would suggest some sensitivity training or interpersonal relationship training might be appropriate.

Setting up a storage locker rental with Access Storage was easy. The Bridgewater facility is very clean and also easy to access. Overall it has been a good experience and I imagine my stuff will be there for a while.

Not a bad location. What impressed me was that we had moved out of the unit on a Tuesday evening after hours. We had received a call from them asking us to call them back the next day. The did a sweep of their facilities and noticed that our unit had no lock and was empty. The actually DO perform checks of their facilities. That is good to hear!
