Acropole Pizza

We ordered two pizzas, garlic fingers, a donair and a chicken caesar salad. The pizza was tasty. Very heavy on the cheese and lighter on other toppings, but the cheese blend was delicious. I’ve had donairs in three different provinces and this one could stand with the best of them. Generous donair sauce on the side. We would recommend this place and order from them again. Lady who took my order over the phone was friendly and read it back to me to make sure she had it written correctly.

Ordered a pizza from the pubnico location for the first time and found their sauce to be less than appealing. So much in fact it didn't even taste like any tomato product even went into their sauce. It was really confusing to the point where I didn't even think there was sauce on it at all. I called back to tell them i didnt think there was sauce on it and I was immediately met with hostility during the call.

They did offer to replace the pizza, which was admirable but the general feel of the callback was negative.

When the delivery driver arrived with the replacement he was extremely rude to the point he made sure I knew he was physically upset.

Worst customer experience and the worst pizza I've ever experienced. I would never treat someone like that in my restaurant.

Had this back in August 2022. Was a short walk from the Boardwalk. Reasonably priced and loved the pizza so much! We are from north ontario and it’s been 9 years since I had this last time and I have been craving it since. Donair was great also. We will definitely be back next time we make the 22 hour drive!
