Added Touch Towing & Recovery Inc

Recently requested a tow service from them as my car had broken down. They had advised me the tow wouldn't be for a few hours but that was okay with me and I got a ride home. I waited hours but never heard back and by the evening the car had never been picked up. I tried calling added touch to get a hold of anyone, but no one was answering.

I ended up having to call another tow company late at night to pick up the vehicle.
Not very impressed with the lack of communication on their part.

I’m very thankful with Added touch for their professional work and their remarkable skills.
They worked excellently from costumer service to the drivers.
I highly recommend their services.
I will continue to use their services as I need them.

Most ignorant truck drivers i've ever seen. If your whole job is to drive a truck, then one would think that they would know the rules of the road. Their rules of the road are "i'm bigger than you, move or i will hit you". All on dashcam.

I use them often through work and they've always been easy to deal with and are organized

Crazy driver on the bridge almost hit us, going in and out of lanes. Wouldn't trust them towing my car if that's how they drive lol. Also on their phone.
