Adorable Dogs Grooming Spa

Today was my furry baby's first visit with Adorable Dogs Spa 575 Main St. The staff was amazing it was a beautiful experience for both my furrybaby and I. Thank you so very much to our new family! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After driving over for a walk-in nail trim within the given time, I got turned away because they said the staff that does nails isn't in, left for home already.

Really not happy with my dog's cut. She had some mats on her butt, albeit pretty bad ones, but I didn't expect them to completely shave her down so close. I specifically asked them when I called NOT TO SHAVE HER. They also shaved down her legs that had no mats and then into her sides a bit which also had no mats. They cut a bunch off her tail that didn't need doing at all. We have a dog show we were going to this weekend and I was thrilled they could get me in for an appointment so quick after our regular groomer had to cancel, but she looks absolutely ridiculous. Guess we're not going anymore. Also, they called the wrong number and left a message with Lord knows who and then called me and rudely asked me "Did you not get our message? She's been done for 45 minutes! " No, no I didn't because you called a wrong number. Never going back. Looking at my beautiful dog's hack job makes me want to cry. $120 and a fun weekend down the drain.

My little dog is a spunky guy, and has some issues with aggression especially around the face when grooming, the lovely folks at this dog spa went over and beyond to make sure the job was done and it’s the best cut he’s had. He looks perfect, and I’m relieved I found a place for him where he is welcomed and cared so much for! Highly recommend:)

Extremely happy with our experience!
My dog is older, and has cataracts. She is timid of being groomed. My dog was handled gently, her groom was phenomenal and done in a shorter time frame than quoted. We will absolutely be back!
