Adventure Motors

In the market for 5 new sleds but after talking to friends and family, they don't respond to emails, messages or anything! They cant give a price on trade ins and won't bother selling a sled. Will take my business elsewhere. Get your stuff together!

Bought new klx300 from them, it had issues out of the box, drivability was bad on the bike, wasn't tracking right in turns handling was bad, it was a bit scary every turn I thought I might go down.though I didn't have the vocabulary to tell them exactly what was wrong they worked with me and figured out the head bolt was over torqued from factory, they fixed it up and it rides perfect as it should. Then at 1000klm I took it in for oil change, they did all the things needed at the end of break in (tightened chain, changed oil, cleaned air filter, etc.) For just the price of oil change. Mechanics are great, seem to really take care. Thanks!

Was going to remove my past post regarding service, but after waiting “again” for almost 2 weeks for service (booked appointment) to move my trailers 50’, I took time off work, drove a 100 miles, closed trailers up to prepare and again no service and no one has the decency to call! Joe “who is great” shows up and is not told about the request, well at least they sent him to fix the broken blinds (waited almost a year for them to be installed) I am sure poor joe deals with a lot of irate customers, you cannot believe anything Jay says regarding trailer service, beware if buying new, you will need service and it is horrible. Sure wish, I could go back a year and purchase elsewhere!

Short staffed when I was in, as is everywhere.
Took care of my wheels right on time in the service department. Cannot comment on sales though.

Overall excellent experience! Sales staff was easy to communicate with, and put together a deal on a new side by side that was well worth it! Highly recommend and will be returning for next purchase!

Horrible experience from start to finish with the clown that runs the place, save yourself grief and time by not supporting this business. They have no problem taking your money, which is about all they're good at. Then they will give you a months long run around with zero customer service skills. Buyer beware!

I haven't purchased a machine here so I can't comment on the buying process but I have taken my side by side there for repair work a few times in the last few months. The repairs were done properly in good time. Recently (Nov 2021) they seemed to have been able to fix a problem that another dealer either couldn't, or wouldn't fix, so I was very happy with that. Overall I'm happy with this place and would recommend you try them if you haven't been there.

Advertises products they don’t have on kijiji at incorrect prices. I have informed them of this and ads are still up a week later.

Due to my work hours, I emailed them about a few ATVs. Someone did respond to one email with a 3 word response. The other questions never did get answers. So I emailed the Can Am Dealer in Kentville. They were very prompt. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Outlander 850 XT from that location. Lost sale for Adventure Motors. It's 2021. They have a website and email address. Why tho? If your not going to respond to people why have it?

Only complaint I have is that was little slow on calling me back but I understand that they are busy (that’s why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). Would deal with them again.

I'm.glad that others had positive experiences. I am from Halifax and usually like to give small rural places like this if I can. I have been to this establishment at least 3 or 4 times and each time, it seems they go out of their way to ignore you. The sales floor is cluttered and in much need of new flooring. A friendly greeting goes a long way

Our service was second to none. As first time boaters they answered every question we had (there were many). From the sales to the finance, the service and friendly nature made it easy amd comfortable to buy. They ensured my boat was ready for the summer. Many thanks to adventure motors. We will be back.

Cory could not be more helpful. It's nice when you are waited on by someone that Is extremely knowledgeable on the products that he selling the public. Adventure motors has always gone above and beyond.

Sandy (sales) and Robert in finance, helped make my buying expérience a positive one. Despite Covid restrictions, adventure motors found ways to do what it takes to answer all my questions and to help me buy my first real boat. Today jay in the service sept gave me great advice on installing cleats and a ladder, which unfortunately were not included on my 2015 legend 18

We purchased a Legend boat and RV from Adventure. The service Kevin the owner on the sale was incredible from intro to close. But as you know true customer service isn’t measured when everything goes right, but when things go wrong! This is where Russell Polley the RV service manager really shined! Honestly it wasn’t any fault of Adventure but we had some warranty issues that Russell went above and beyond. Because of the level of customer service from Russell and his team we will only deal and recommend them for all purchases. Even so we thought it would be wise to purchase ATV in our local market, we were never more disappointed in service. Lesson learned it’s back to Adventure for all recreational needs! Great job to the entire team!

I talked to the saleslady there on a Friday about a 2020 Marlon SVW14 and trailer that they were advertising and she said they had in stock. I researched over the weekend and decided it was a quality boat and I would purchase when they opened Monday morning. She assured me on phone Monday morning that they still had it. She took all my info including Visa card information for down payment and she gave me information on delivery. Tuesday evening I ordered a used long shaft kit on eBay for $450 so my motor would fit that boat. By late Wednesday I had not heard back from Adventure Motors, so was getting concerned. When I called back Wednesday, she said said she was mistaken and they did not have the boat in stock. I asked why it did not seem important enough to call or email me that they did not have my boat, meanwhile I spent $450 on parts getting my motor ready for that boat, which are non-returnable and I no longer need. She, didn't seem concerned about my problem but said she would try to find me another boat. That was a few weeks ago, and have never heard from them again. I am very disappointed and could not recommend.

Purchased a used motorcycle this month from Adventure Motors! We worked out a deal on a motorcycle last Fall and everything that was agreed to, was done for me at pickup this Spring! Also, they were very accommodating to me when the motorcycle was unable to be picked up before the onset of last winter!
Thanks to the sales staff and the Tech that had the bike looking and sounding like new!

Normal dealership stuff. Can be a little slow to answer phone or get to you at the desk, but they are also pretty busy for the most of the time. Friendly staff, and seem fairly knowledgeable.

Very disappointed in the service from this seller. They knew the skidoo had a broken side panel and did not inform me prior to sale. I was purchasing from out of province and was relying on pictures of the machine prior to sale. The side panel was cracked and zip tided together so he new it was there but tried to play dumb when I mentioned it to him. He said he was going to send a new panel and never did after months of back and forth he said it was on back order and would send the money to purchase one myself and still has not sent money.
