Aerobics First

Thanks for the great service. Jakob spent a lot of time with me finding the right shoe. Ordered them in and arrived quickly. My only small beef are the steps into the store. A bit too deep. I like steps that are wider and not as deep. Would be great if there could be a ramp to make It the store accessible

I worked with Katie who was very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend shoe fitting with her! I'm sure the others are good too but I only had my experience with Katie. Whole fitting was less than 1 hour.

Had a great experience buying running shoes here. Didn't have the best of collection but the lady was so patient enough to suggest shoes that might work for my pronation. Tried multiple shoes for an hour and finally stuck to one which seemed like a natural fit. The shoe feels great. World of difference compared to shopping at sportchek.

I had a very helpful staff member helping me, and was recommended to size up from my regular. I went with the advice, but unfortunately wish I wouldn't have. I should have went with my gut and asked to at least try my regular size. The shoes feel far too bulky to wear at work, but I've already worn them several times and can't return.

On the advice of a friend and due to my many foot and knee-related health issues, I visited Aerobics first. Where most shoe stores just ask you what size shoe you take, I was asked what activites I take part in and whether I had any physical issues. We went over different shoe construction and the young lady shared her reasoning for why she thought each shoe might be a fit for me. She really took her time asking me all the relevant questions and she was extremely knowledgeable. I feel that I got the best shoe for me and am now walking around comfortably and happily in my new shoes.

I've been desperately looking for Altra Escalantes 2.5 in my size and I found 2 (!) pairs at Aerobics First, along with some sunglasses that I've wanted.

I'm happy to say my package arrived promptly, even though I live at the other end of the country. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

The best team to go to for all of your running needs. Was in need of a new pair of running sneakers and after trying out 3 separate pairs from A1 I found the perfect pair. The staff was so patient, accommodating and knowledgeable in the trial and error of helping me find a new pair. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love the way private companies are so much more knowledgable about their products than National chain stores. Love the friendly atmosphere and top notch products. They held my purchase for a few days till my VISA rolled over which gave me almost 2 months to pay for a large purchase. Thanks guys!

I wanted to say how patient, kind and knowledgeable the staff were at Aerobics First. I have new knee problems and was having a difficult time finding the right shoe. Anne was exceptional, calm and incredibly helpful, offered me many choices until we found the correct pair.

Aerobics first does not care about selling you the most expensive pair of running shoes. The only thing they care about is making sure it's the right pair for you, i.e the size/shape of your feet, the type of running you do, the surface you run on. Extremely knowledgeable, they are experts at what they do. I cannot recommend them enough.

If you are looking for a shop that provides a high level service. Pick Aerobics First. They will ensure you leave with a purchase that fits your need and your budget

OK. I’ve never ever had this kind of experience when buying shoes! I was referred to Aerobics First by my foot doctor and Ann was extremely patient and thorough with me. She asked what I was in for, asked about my feet, assessed my feet (including watching how I walk), asked what I would be using the shoes for (walking, running), made recommendations, etc. I think I tried on 10 pairs to fully compare and get the ones best for my feet and it was a model the foot doc recommended. Those were the winners. I just bought these yesterday so I haven’t used them yet but I just had to write a review about the exceptional service! AND they have a 2-week return policy! Ann told me to wear these indoors a few days and then outdoors on dry days and if there’s any problem at all within 2 weeks, come back for a full refund. WHAT? !? !? Hopefully I won’t need a refund since we really did try on many to find the right ones but this policy is reassuring just in case. Lastly, I’m one of those people that usually only buys shoes on sale. I rarely ever pay full price because my money and I are tight friends and we don’t like to say good bye. But because of my plantar fasciitis, I’m desperate. I dropped over $200 yesterday without batting an eye, mainly because the service was so good and I can’t wait to start wearing these bad boys. I hope they help my situation but only time will tell!

Went there today and got new sneakers and insoles for my other sneakers. Mason was exceptionally helpful. What a difference from what I was used to at regular shoe stores. Will go nowhere else from now on. Thanks again Mason. Oh and by the way the Running Room in Bedford reccomended Arobics first when they didn't have what I was looking for.

I love this place for running shoes. There isn't any better running shoe store in the city.

The service at Aerobics First is worth the drive! When it comes to buying sneakers, they fit you properly, ask questions about how you use them, and take into account any aches or pains or injuries you may have to recommend only the best fitting sneakers that will fit your lifestyle and use!

When you leave the store, your new sneakers almost feel like a good pair of broken in sneakers because they are fitted properly from the start!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. And I find the prices are very competitive for high quality sneakers / hiking sneakers with great service.
