The Poutine was drowned in gravy, so it was more like a soup. Defiantly not the place to eat Poutine.

The staff were huge supporters of our recent strike, offering free coffee and a place to come in to rest and/or use the washroom as needed. Something we won't ever forget! The food, service, and staff are all perfect as well! Highly recommend

Embarrassing this company would rather call the police on me then make things right and bring me my money back for the order I wanted to return. Gravy spilled all over me when opening the bag, then my order wasn’t right. Did I mention I waited 2 hours? Lol. They told me they were gonna call the cops on me. & for what? I just want them to bring me my money back and take this food they messed up.

Had the western for breakfast. Was delicious and hot. Great place clean and kid friendly. Will be back for sure

Great place to have the best pizzas available in the town, I would recommend to have a Paneer Pizza on your next visit.

I really love the pizza and especially the Paneer tikka Pizza and Chicken 65 pizza. I would definitely recommend to someone as the quality is very good.

After being very disappointed over a long wait time and finally receiving my food that was cold and dried out due to a slow delivery service (first class) here in town, I am very happy with the customer service that I received concerning my complaint. Thank you.

It is somewhat difficult to get there by car because of the construction on Charlotte Street, but you park can park behind the building for a quick pop in. Donair pizza was extremely good the 1st time we had it, but the 2nd time was not near as good. Not sure why.

Bad customer service female who took my order on the phone is really rude pizza was cold and garlic fingers are burnt I usually never write a bad review but when I told her that my order was very unpleasant I was argued with and told I couldn’t get a new one

Worst customer service. The staff (female) who took my order is extremely rude everytime I place the order with this location. It has been a couple of times now that I ordered pizza and it came so dry and cold. I never called to complaint. The last time I ordered, I received the pizza dry (again) and I called to complaint. And she was the one who answered and was really really rude and was just not ready to accept that the pizza was cold. I called today to place an order for delivery and I just requested her to deliver the pizza hot. And she just started arguing and saying mean things. So I cancelled my order. The customer service of this place is the worst. Never ordering from there again.

Ordered a cesar salad and a chicken burger.
Have to say it was the worst cesar salad I've ever had, beyond oversaturated with dressing and I wouldn't even call that a chicken burger, it was a small piece of a chicken strip placed on the bun. Not impressed. I expected more from alexandra's pizza.

Pizzas like cardboard, I almost always throw away about half of it when I get one. Only good thing is that its open for delivery til 2am and has barely any competition with the power outage situation. If youre gonna pride yourself on being a pizza place, why not use the best ingredients? I would spend 10 dollars more on a pizza with better ingredients

Called to order a large pep and cheese with wings on the side and garlic bread, had to speak to the person that pick up the phone a few times to get them to understand what I was ordering. When I got my order I got a large pizza without the sides I ordered. So I called back to let them know the order wasn't correct and again I had to repeat myself a few times so that the person could clearly understand what I want to order.

Ordered pepperoni, garlic fingers and garlic bread. They got the garlic fingers right. Gave us onion rings and a burnt loaf of bread lol not the first time they went above and beyond to get our order wrong

Tastes fine but $20 for medium meats pizza is too much. $14 for 10 wings as well. I have had better for less

Worst pizza that I have ever had - inconsistent application of toppings with some slices missed with toppings altogether. Just all together poor quality ingredients from the sauce to toppings.

So far it was good experience! But today so much disappointed with the burger. I felt the bread was not fresh and had to torn off instead of biting, so I informed at the reception but the response was terrible.

Excellent customer service at this location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The pizza is good and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend

Ordered butter chicken poutine is was absolutely disgusting, they used extremely spicy tomato sauce and when I tried to tell the lady on the phone she told me that is butter chicken sauce it absolutely is not butter chicken sauce considering I had a man from India next to me and he tried it and gagged! 10/10 do not recommend this dish

Just ordered 2 large poutines.extremely disappointed. They were completely saturated in gravy to the point it soaked right through the containers and the gravy was that salty it burned your throat and the fries were undercooked.

Wow. Just wow. Visiting some family here from Alberta, and I gotta say I searched up and was pretty skeptical with all the reviews of all the pizza places nearby which one to go with. And I must say, I chose the right one.

Incredible amount of sauce, like perfect amount, great flavor crust was fluffy and airy which doesn’t get you bloated or feeling over stuffed. Definitely was worth the 55 min wait. I’d gladly order this pizza again when I come back east for another vacay!

Okay so generally I'm a very understanding person but my most recent experience with this company was very poor. I called ahead to order a pizza for pickup and I was told 20 minutes which was the typical wait time. By the time I got to the store it had been 30 minutes so I was expecting it to be ready but was told it would be about 10 more minutes. Of course at that point I assumed they just got behind and it was only 10 minutes so I waited. About 15 minutes passed and I was told it would be just a couple more minutes. At this point I was a little frustrated but figured okay it's just a couple more minutes.but another worker there informed me it actually hadn't even been prepared yet and it would most likely be close to 25 minutes before it would be ready.
I ended up canceling the order and leaving.the problem wouldn't have been the wait if I had been informed properly but I was standing there waiting and no one told me that it wasn't even prepared. I was also told numerous times "just a few more minutes" when really it wasn't even being made.

My point is, I understand that things happen and people get busy, but don't lie to your customers.when I first arrived I should have been told it hadn't been prepared so I could have made the decision to go somewhere else. I would have respected that a lot more than being lied to and having my time wasted.

Being a vegetarian it’s hard to find something delicious but ANJAN made it possible. Must try everybody. Visited from toronto … had the best pizza since i came to canada. Thank you

I had the Big breakfast on my 42nd bday it was the best. Plus the workers there are so nice, and the breakfast was delicious. I was shocked that i didn't finish it, was so full.

This is the best honest highly recommended business, when the delivery guy tells you you misunderstood the price and gave him too much, for me that speaks quality and honesty.

Good little pizza place to stop in and grab a slice. Hot, fresh, ready to go and you can't beat the price at lunch time.

This owner allows this place to be under managed staff drinking and getting high at work good luck with your food being correct or meeting health standards. Do your self a favour and order somewhere else.
