I would like to give a shout-out to Alisha Caillie-Fleet of "EXP Realty" for the professional and determined attitude she has towards her clients and getting the job done. I had two properties that I had been trying to sell for almost two years through agents that were in the business for decades more than Alisha. All they did was the bare minimum, when I asked them to do an open-house or to advertise in the local newspaper they gave me nothing but excuses as to why that wouldn't work. When the listing ran out with those agents I knew I needed to find someone that was willing to work hard for her clients and not make excuses. When I called Alisha and asked her to list my properties she was the one who suggested an open-house and advertising in all available outlets including the local paper. Within 10 days she had solid offers on both properties. I sold the properties thinking "that is the way it is supposed to be done". Alisha made it look easy while the other agents only gave me stress and wanted to keep lowering the price to make up for their lack of initiative. I only wish I had met Alisha when I first tried to sell my properties, it would have been a lot less stressful for me and I would have been able to move forward two years sooner. This happened just before the local market became hot and it took hard work to sell most properties. I always felt that Alisha had my back and my best interests in mind. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I think you would be pleased with the professional services she offers. I found her to be a breath of fresh air.

I am so so so thankful we found Alisha. We found our dream house on day 2.easy peasie.but when it came time for the inspection that's when momma bear came out. Having to deal with all the issues that came up, negotiating a better deal, arranging for quotes and workers.she is a force and helped us get through it all even though we were all the way across the country with a 3hr time difference. She took care of us from start to finish and fought on our behalf.
