Joy is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares. She believes in about the services she’s is offering. She spent a lot of time making sure my policy was right for me and explaining things i did not understand. She is always very happy to answer questions and knowledgeable. I am happy to have an agent like her.

Useless. I waited on the phone for 2 hours. I found out from reading the reviews that no one answers. Maybe put that in your operator voicemail as opposed to sending me in circles?

No one ever answers the phone. Stay on hold forever! I just wanted to add a new vehicle to my policy. Now i'm going to find somewhere else to go and move my business. Terrible service!
