If I could give a lower rating I would, my friends bridal party had an appointment for months and we get here on time to a shop full of people trying for prom dresses, told by an employee after knowing our appointment was bridal says “we will get you organized after” no room to move and then the one large room we finally get in there and bride try’s on 2 dresses and another employee comes in and tells us she’s going to need half our room. We left. Do not recommend if you want a fun pleasant experience.

I love the unprofessional response, but I’m going to have to stop you there. The 400 sq foot room would have been great to start out in at our appointment time but instead we maybe got to have the booked space for 15 minutes before the other employee came in to tell some of us to move so she can use half of the room what an absolute disappointing time for a bridal party that your business was hardly prepared for. The party was bride plus 6 and unfortunately child care for one of the bridesmaids fell through and I’m sure that to you is unreasonable considering your exaggeration of the size or her baby stroller. I also see lots more unsatisfied customers of yours in this review category so no need to explain there’s two sides to this experience because plenty more have not been pleased with your unpleasant, unprofessional services.

We had a wonderful prom dress shopping experience at this hidden treasure. My daughter tried on several gowns and found her dress! The experience was wonderful and a very no pressure environment. I highly recommend this beautiful shop!

Very upset and disappointed.
Was shopping around for a prom dress with granddaughter and we walked in the door and was barked at. Do you have appointment or did you walk-in.
We stated no we don’t have appointment. Just shopping for prom dress. The lady was so rude. Told us no one can help us. Did not apologize for being busy or even ask us if we wanted to make an appointment. First experience for granddaughter was horrible. I’ll never buy anything there ever again.

Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable.we did not buy dress here as my daughter had already fallen in love with another somewhere else. The staff knew that and pulled out many beautiful dresses to change her mind. I was sad I couldn’t support this wonderful independent dress shop. I will however be back for any formal event in the future!

This was a very pleasant experience specially that we got a previous bad one. This is the place to go for if you really need an experienced person to help you pick your dress. The owner was so wonderful and professional. She knows her stuff very well. She knows how to make any dress look gorgeous by adding a little detail to it. Also she has a very beautiful collection.

Only had 4 dresses to choose from in 18. Had to go up to 18 here but, davids I'm a 14. The staff seemed irritated I was there.
