Life insurance can be a daunting endeavor. Alot of terms thrown at you very quickly.but, this wasn't the case with Jenni Gilkie. I was indeed presented with alot of information to absorb, thankfully it was all broken down into small manageable pieces plus the added benefit of her witt and humor kept the call light and enjoyable. Everything was laid out plain and clear to give me the best and most coverage possible. I would highly recommend anyone seeking the best support possible to reach out to Globe life!

The whole interaction made me suspicious from the beginning. Free does not mean free apparentlyz No where on any of your emails is your company name which I find very strange. The whole set up from the time of day you phoned me to the lengthly inquires made to me, leads me to believe the original offer was not a legitimate offer as advertised.

Please cancel my request for the coverage we discussed. I assumed wrongly this would be a simple transaction. Please delete my information and please do not contact the phone numbers I gave you. That was my mistake and I should not have given them to you. I hope you will respect my requests. If I change my mind, I know how to contact you.

I dealt with Colleen Farrell, who was as helpful as anyone could be right from her first phone call. It's always great to deal with people who are polite, but it's not hard to tell when something genuine and when it's not. Colleen painted a perfect canvas of what AIL has to offer and we had some laughs throughout the experience. 10/10 give her a raise. If the rest of your employees are as welcoming and informative as her I'd say you have a stellar company. Although I didn't take the offer, I will be sure to mention the company and my experience with it to anyone I know who is pursuing the assistance and assurance.

I received a call from Alfredo and he did a wonderful job explaining/describing the different coverage plans and benefits as well as taking the time to make sure I fully understood what was being offered to me.

My meeting was very comfortable, which was nice since I was feeling nervous about having a virtual meeting. It was nice to be able to discuss and learn about different coverages. I'm not able to buy any at this time, but will keep this in mind when I do.

Pretended to be the Union insurance, offered no-cost coverages (doesn’t exist) and contacts beneficiaries to get leads. Any professional insurance agent should look at your whole file and explain to you where you may not be covered enough and should simply ask for referrals. Very miss leading, lack of professionalism, felt more like a scam.

Working with Adam B was a delight! He explained everything clearly and made sure that we understood everything clearly. A smile on his face the whole time and lots of laughs! I would definitely recommend!

It was a delight to speak with Mark Powers. He explained everything to a tea and made sure that we understood everything well and did not try to up sell anything that we already had. Mark was very informatative, repectful and knew his information. He was great to deal with and very personable. He is also very quick to respond back when we have/had any questions.
