We hired Amerispec to perform our Energy Audit as required to qualify for any government programs. Going with this company has caused us over 5 months in delays, based on 2 months to get the initial site visit, 2 months to get the initial report, 1 month to schedule the final report, and now at least 3 weeks to get the final report of which we are still waiting. I have spoken to a number of companies after our first report, and the response was should not be more than 2 weeks. Terrible.

The inspector who did the final inspection went out of his way to explain things and to do everything as quickly as he could, and I made my appointment for 11: 00 that same morning. He was careful explaining which forms to print up and pass along to him, but also made everything stress-free and good. Thank you!

Both inspectors arrived promptly, inquired about our priorities and provided valuable suggestions about what improvements are the most valuable (both economically and environmentally).

I`ve been waiting for over 10 months for my federal rebate because of AmeriSpec Dartmouth location. The wrong parts numbers were sent. I corrected their mistake multiple times (as I was told they don`t talk directly to installers). After contacting them more than a half dozen times. I was assured things where fixed and approved. Only after contacting the rebate program directly myself, and providing the correct information. Did the rebate get approved. This was the worst experience I`ve dealt with of any company yet. Stay away from this place.
