Best place to take your pet's. My dog Janova passed away twice on the table and they revived him. They are truly amazing people love all the staff there. All my animal's look forward to seeing them ️

This is the only place I take my baby Oreo. They are very nice and treat your pet like their own. Oreo had to stay over night so they could keep an eye on her. And I knew she would be in good hands.

So happy to have chosen this hospital to be my Finley's medical team.they've ways been very friendly and accommodating. So far they've seen him for regular vaccinations and his neutre.

However, yesterday on very short notice my Finley became quite ill. This was my first time ever with an emergency and they were quick to get me in with the vet. He required some testing and stayed the night. The team walked me through everything they were doing and called me at home that night and again this morning with updates. They were very transparent and understanding. Explained the medications and insurance claim. My boy came out very happy and not stressed.

This team of fine people genuinely care about your pet. I won't be taking him anywhere else and will bring any new fury family members to this hospital.

Beautiful new facility. Great service. Had our 2 kittens vaccinated and fixed. All went well. A nice follow up text after the kittens surgery.

The staff are amazing. They are kind and compassionate.
They are very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions.

I was very pleased with the way they look after my cat milo they where so so caring and they took him in and did blood test and check him over and gave him a iv and pain medication to make sure he was relax also explain everything they were going to do to help him there are so many Dr's and helpers they watch him every day and night which was so helpful to me.he had to stay day and night until they found out what it was and thank goodness for them they had to do surgery on him which save milo my cats life they call me at home everyday to tell me how he was doing and told me to call anytime or visit. The Dr's and all the helpers really went out of there way to help. When milo went home they told me too watch him and any questions or concerns call them they even gave me medication for him to take home. Wonderful caring people so polite and understanding so glad I took my cat Milo couldn't ask for better service and they know what they are doing 100% worth every dollar I recommend this place to everyone family and friends.

Awesome vets. We bought our Shanna here after her altercation with a porcupine and they had her fixed up in no time at all. Made us feel she was in safe hands. Highly recommended.

When you find the right vet you just know it. Fantastic staff from reception, to technicians, to the vets. Dr. Youé. A thousand thank yous for all you do!

Wonderful place! Our dog got Lime disease, they took him in straight away even though he wasn't registered there.well he is now! I wouldn't take him anywhere else now

Like any "hospital" it can be a stressful environment for pet and owner, but staff handles these situations well. They become familiar with client and pet needs quick and adapt family values. Great location, and with them moving into a state of thr art facility too it should make things even better.

Best vets in the area. Doctors are great with our dogs and are very knowledgeable. The staff are well trained and really care about their animal patients. Would not go anywhere else.

I am beyond impressed with this establishment. Dr Frye and her team were able to save my 2 year old pitbull's life after an extremely devastating encounter with a car. I had never been to this vet clinic before; it just happened to be the closest one to me. They were able to accommodate him immediately and rushed him into emergency surgery. While in surgery, his brain started to swell and I had to make the difficult decision to pull him out of anesthetic and resume the surgery later, without knowing whether or not the trauma had resulted in permanent brain damage. This likely wouldn't have been caught if they weren't taking such good care of him.
They were also understanding of the cost of the treatment, and were able to provide flexibility with payment - prioritizing my puppy.
Over the course of his treatment I was given updates twice to three times a day with his status and was finally able to take him home last week. He had his first recheck today and I was able to meet all of the other people who were genuinely invested in his care. I can wholeheartedly tell you that the staff at this hospital are beautiful people who will do everything they can to make your pet comfortable and pain free, especially in the moments that matter.

If it wasn't for Dr Frye I would have lost my best friend. There is nothing I can say that expresses the full dimension of my gratitude.

Awesome staff. They are so great with our Husky. They spoil her and treat her like she is their own.

They were great to fit you in for same day emergencies. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. Will 100% return for any future dog related emergencies.

This place is a Godsent. These people are just very helpful and understanding and today they went above and beyond for my cat of 7 years of age who was suffering from epilepsy seizures. We had to have our sweet Maggie uthenized which was very hard and with little income it was hard to come up with the necessary money to get it done and also to be cremated was a bit of cost. We'll the vet got us in the next day and helped with price and between some caring friends and the vet we were able to accomplish this. Thank you all for being there and getting us in so quickly so we could put our baby to rest.

Friendly staff, In process of building new behind original. This is going to get difficult to navigate. Staff have been stressed lately.

The staff were exceptionally caring and Doctor Emily was very patient with my 2 dogs. I was greatful for them making an appointment on such a short notice. I would definitely them to anyone.

We had a house fire, my cat was inside the entire time. She started sneezing and snotting 2 days later so I made an appointment with the vet. They wanted to do xrays, but I had just lost everything, I couldn't afford it. I was going to leave to try to find the money, instead they waved the cost of the xray for us. Professional, understanding, and great customer service skills

Always bring my two kitty's here, they are exceptional at what they do, super quick and can find the issue fast! They really helped my kitty Oscar today and he is very thankful!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better veterinary experience. Our French bulldog had a very scary severe allergic reaction and we had to rush from an hour away in the middle of the night. They were so helpful and informative. They took the time to help us and keep us calm and collected. They care so much about their animals. If we lived closer they would absolutely be our regular vet. We can’t thank you guys enough!

Dr Youe is a gem! So sweet and smart.actually everyone there is! I feel confident knowing my pets will get the best care.

My cat Selfie had a great visit at the Vet, He came home happy, I will be bringing him back to this Vet in the future, They took good care of my Selfie, and I am thankful.

They were very good to our dog and gave us flea meds without having to bring them in. Very impressed.

I took my puppy here for Vax and then spay.she came home with fleas which I had treated.then tapeworm from the fleas.my other animals were also affected. The clinic offered no assistance what so ever.it cost me a small fortune to treat my animals and home.
Never again!

I waited for an hour past my appointment time. The vet who saw me and my dog was not very friendly to me. The actual amount of time spent with my dog, after an hour wait in the little clinic room was less than 10 minutes. They took detailed information when I arrived so they knew my visit was a routine short visit.
I would have given a rating less than 3 but the front staff were very nice and the price to help my dogs ear infection was fair.
I asked the staff when I was paying, if being kept waiting for an hour is normal or if it's an off day. Unfortunately she did not reassure me that this was not a regular occurrence. An apology for keeping me waiting would have went a long way, as would a friendly respectful demeanor towards me, unfortunately I received neither.

My girl Emma went in for a hysterectomy. All good. We brought her home and when let out of the kennel she freaked out. We think because of the cone. Within an hour she had ripped herself clean open. We rushed her back to the clinic. They fixed her right up. They kept her for two days. Cost.to us. $0.00.post open care they said. Amazing clinic. They will definitely be getting our business.

I have taken my dogs here over the years. Always been pleased by the caring and kind service. It is a stressful time taking a furry family member in and they have always been there.

Wonderful experience they took good care of my kitty when his tail was amputated and took him back in for free after he pulled out his stitches in the evening highly recommend this vet clinic.

The staff and doctors are all very compassionate and friendly. They take the time to listen and are great with animals. It probably helps to show up with the cutest little Jack Russell in town

Very good veterinarian. Dr. Hollis is absolutely amazing. I really trust her with our Shiloh Shepherd completely.

Each time I have gone to the Amherst Veterinary Hospital it has been a positive experience. Last year, our Jack Russel Terrier attacked a porcupine on a Saturday and when he was in the losing end we were able to immediately get him treatment. The veterinarians were kind and ensured that Eddie was comfortable. This past month I was able to make an appointment for my cousin's cat within a week of calling. The clinic was very accommodating in recieving and reviewing the medical records for Bella. The two (different) veterinarians were wonderful and ensured that Bella was comfortable when she received her vaccinations. I would highly recommend this clinic.

They were great with out ferret after an incident at home. He has recovered well! Thank you so much. We will return.
