They recently delivered and assembled something I ordered via Wayfair and were so kind and professional. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are moving from the East coast to the West coast and we have been in contact with many movers for estimates, logistics, etc. Only AMJ Campbell sent out a representative to our home to answer our many questions, face-to-face, and to professionally catalogue and cost out all our possessions for this extensive and intensive move. This was all done on a sophisticated digitalized platform that was at our finger tips, in order to inform us throughout the process. For such a daunting move, peace of mind and knowing we were in excellent, capable hands, was paramount and very welcome. The AMJ Campbell representative (Christina), was exceptional in providing this for us. We very much look forward to any future dealings we will have with AMJ Campbell.

Ordered shower door from Wayfair. Once arrived scheduling my delivery was smooth. The movers were very obliging helping me place my heavy package in the bathroom even though it was not required of them. I appreciated their help a lot.

These gentleman are shining stars of leadership for your company and both deserve a raise. When they were delivering my new Samsung television, hey noticed a ding in the box. Shane and Stewart took the time to come to my apartment, unbox and ensure the product was usable. Unfortunately the tv was cracked. Stewart hopped on the phone with Costco returns and managed the whole thing for me. Flawless execution. Shane and Stewart then proceeded to pack up the tv, and return it to Costco for me. I can only hope they are the ones bringing my new television in a weeks time because they are nothing but friendly and professional. Great Great Great service! Fair prices and amazing staff. I moved my stuff from Halifax to Vancouver and I wasn't even there when my things arrived as I was on holidays outside the country but everything went on so smoothly! I particular thanks to Christina for handling everything so well and being so responsive, kind and knowledgeable!

Although a little more expensive than we originally planned for a local move, the service was exceptional. The team was courteous, fast, flexible, accommodating and professional. All furniture arrived without any issues. I would use AMJ Campbell again without hesitation.

Unprofessional moving and service. Estimated and billed far to much for absolutely the worst service I have ever had! Had them before and they were great but will never use again.

We had our stuff shipped with amj from another province they first did not show up the day or time they said they were going to causing issues with the storage company because they had to unload everything and bring it outside for them, the other company had to stay late put all of our stuff back inside and we had to pay extra. Then when our stuff arrived from out of province we got a call saying they would be here with our stuff at a specific time, very little notice and no wiggle room without paying a fee. Good customer service to me is giving a few options. My partner and I just started new jobs and one of us had to take the day off with zero notice and almost fired to be here to accept our items. When the movers arrived their attitude was negative from the start and they requested payment when we had thought we already paid and caused mass confusion having to call banks to make sure payments were not already taken because our payment information was already sent to them. When that got sorted my partner then had to help move all the items into our home.

End of the day everyone we dealt with in this company was rude and unprofessional. We are happy to have our items but I would not recommend them to anyone, if you're gonna spend $4000 make sure you're getting great customer service.

We just had a delivery from these guys of a Costco mattress. We received ample communication of their arrival time, they were very good about inspecting the messages for defects and were very polite the entire time they were here.

Great experience. Randy Fulton is a great moving professional specialist and is superb in giving us the most accurate quotation. AMJ sent a very responsive and respectful team. They did a great job in delivering my 4 bedroom house stuff from Halifax to Ottawa with greatest care. Will highly recommend this great company to all of my friends for any moving service. Hatsoff to Sam from Barrie who was the truck driver, is very accountable, punctual and sincere who delivered my items on time as promised with utmost care in Ottawa. The whole AMJ team was great and did great packing and moving service in a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work.

The St Johns team made the delivery of my contents easy and they were flexible. Even with a couple of unaccounted items the receiving office were able to indicate where the items were and when they could be received.

Our moving experience with AMJ was great. All of their people were very friendly and courteous. The only complaint I had, was that the boxes were packed heavy. So, I felt sorry for the guys doing the lifting. I would definitely use them again.

We used AMJ to move from Toronto to Nova Scotia in 2020 (they were referred to us by a friend). We had already decided to go with a reputable company than to risk getting scammed, no matter what the cost.

The entire experience was seamless. The quoted price is what we paid, they packed and unpacked everything quickly and smoothly, they were friendly and professional.

Since 2020, we have heard many horror moving stories from others who moved out here.

I don't feel comfortable sharing my exact review comments here, but it did not go well. We ended up with other people's belongings is one of many errors in the process.

I cannot say enough about this incredible company and the people that work there. I reached out to them at 8: 15pm last night in regards to a missing package. Even though it was after hours I got an immediate response for Stan who assured me he would get me in touch with the right person. Within 15 minutes I got an email from Jamie. He stayed in contact with me to keep me updated and I just got the email that they have found my package and I will have it soon. The took my concern seriously and put me first. In home visit to assess what we want moved; helpful suggestions; prompt quote, which is reasonable. We move in 3 weeks!

All aspects, from the pre-survey, packers, the loading and unloading of my household furniture, was professional and the work and workers were of high standards. All items were handled safely and were packed and loaded securely. I had zero breakage/damage upon arrival.

I accepted a delivery today in Halifax and Tremaine and Josh completed the delivery. These two employees went above and beyond for a late and unorganized client. They helped us get situated and completed the delivery with a smile and great attitudes. These two are an asset to your company and I will think of AMJ for future deliveries because of these to gentlemen.

This is my second time using AMJ Campbell for a move from out East to Montreal. This time around the move was coordinated from Montreal. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist a stressful situation. I wouldn't contemplate using anyone else for a move, whether it is a big or small one.

My belongings showed up in great shape. The loading/unloading crews were awesome and the customer service was top notch. I definitely recommend!

These fella's showed up, super polite and had my washer unwrapped and in my unit in no time. I live on the second floor and these guys didn't even blink at all the stairs.the best

My wife and I recently used AMJ Campbell Halifax for our move from Moncton to Fall River. We could not have asked for a better experience. The price was excellent with no price changes after the move. Their team packed everything from our baby grand piano to our dishes, quickly and professionally. We even moved up our dates by 3 days in the week before our move and they accommodated us with no issues at all. They arrived at our new house on time and swiftly unloaded our belongings, and re-assembled all of the furniture. A new bed arrived as they were unloading the truck and they even carried that upstairs for us. Not a single item was damaged or scratched, not even a lightbulb. They put mats everywhere to protect our floors. This was a major move for us and AMJ Halifax made it super stress free and convenient. Thank you!

Stan Hanes and his team are professionals, the online estimate was spot-on. For my move from Halifax to Vancouver, the guys came and efficiently moved my stuff and loaded it up on their truck, they were in and out like a gentle breeze. The delivery was on time and I was updated continuously on the location of the truck and the ETA. I state this again, the team is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I have to move again, they will be the company that I trust to help me.

Good service. My long move from Halifax to BC went well. All items delivered without damage. Randy was very responsive to my queries. Highly recommended. This was my first move and i was in doubt when reading so many bad reviews on moving companies. But all went well. Do take additional insurance for full replacement cost if you have items of high value. The pickup and delivery guys did a good job too. Dont forget to tip them.

Assessment professional and quickly done. Everything wrapped extremely well. Boxes required transferring between trucks and looked a bit chewed but all arrived ok. Driver communicated well about time of arrival, all unloaded quickly and carefully.
Only problem was in reassembling my bed- guys were tired and fought with the boards and tore the connecting strap between the boards. No huge problem.

Wonderful service! From our first enquiry to delivery they had exceptional professionalism! They answered all of my questions, made sure I was informed, and made the move of our possessions and vehicle from Halifax to Alberta completely seamless and easy. We had zero issues! Delivery was also excellent! Very professional and made sure every single item arrived. They were careful and everything was packed extremely well. Highly recommend them!

We had a arrangements with another Dartmouth mover for June 24 into a newly built building that had scheduled receiving hours for the elevators of only 2 hours per move. 10 days before, we were told we’d been moved to the 25. After panic calling around Halifax I finally called AMJ, knowing I was going to pay a premium for a very simple move. I spoke to their sales person, Randy, gave him a list we had prepared, and within 90 minutes, he had a quote back to me that was a LITTLE more costly.very little more, but from the way he approached it, it was in the hands of a professional team. They called the day before to confirm all the details. I was still nervous about the tight time line of noon to 2: 00, allowing for them to load, make the trip and get everything up the elevators and in.
The team showed up a few minutes early, and they were done and out by shortly before 2: 00.
The three guys were awesome, well trained, and worked without wasting a moment.
The very small difference was MORE than worth it. 10/10 or 5 stars from here!

Good response timed and accommodating to our time frame which isn’t always easy organizing elevators and other constraints. Reasonable price and professional both admin and movers themselves.

Used AMJ / Atlas for my move from Halifax to Vancouver. I shopped over 10 moving company and end up picking Atlas based on price/value comparison and online reviews. The owner Stan was very patient with me. And the quote is the same as the final bill (except the actual weight came higher than estimated, which is expected since I got everything professionally packed and wrapped in paper). The packers were efficient and movers in Halifax were professional. AMJ also arranged the 3rd party to professionally pack my TVs and bed, and with additional coverage (refund for full value instead of by weight) to ensure they don’t get damaged. There were a few things ended up broken when they arrived in Vancouver, but are not expensive and I got the full value back for what I claimed for. Overall a very easy and smooth process. Will definitely recommend to others.

Movers where very professional, and I can't believe how quick they where. Reassembled furniture for us, used blankets to protect our stuff. Would definitely recommend!

They called me on Monday to schedule a pick up. I asked them to come on Thursday since its the only day I work from home, they gave me a window of between 11 and 3. I waited around for 4 hours, heard nothing, called them and they told me they couldn't do it today. Didn't give a reason. Said they could reschedule for Friday which means I now have to leave work if/when they decide to call in the middle of whatever I'm doing to get them to pick this thing up.

I would have heard nothing from them if I hadn't called and they probably would not have called me to reschedule as they sounded very surprised that I was even supposed to be on their list for today.

Outrageous that Wayfair is charging me $120 to use these movers. Makes me want to just throw the thing out so I don't have to deal with these guys.
