After experiencing car troubles while on vacation and far from home, we received excellent care and service from Anchor Toyota. Mindy and the gang bent over backwards to fit us into the shop and provide us with the parts and service required. Their professionalism and caring attitude are second to none. My 2019 Tacoma is such a pleasure to drive for my wife and me and the outstanding service received by Andre's team at Anchor Toyota service department makes us want to have another Toyota in our family as a second vehicle. Almost 4 years ago we bought our first new Toyota and have been very pleased with the attention of the service department ever since.

Dishonest advertising practice, vehicles listed as new and in stock are not actually available. They waste your time getting you to contact them only to be told you'll have to place an order and wait.
Asked them to remove the add currently up for a new RAV4 Hybrid that I was told was already sold and it hasn't been taken down or marked sold after a week now.

Unfortunately my experience here twice was terrible. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in to buy a truck on their lot and ended up leaving and buying a Tacoma from another dealer. Then I went up a few days later to buy accessories and they were very unfriendly. I won't be back.

I can not thank the team at Anchor Toyota enough. I drove an hour and a half to do business with them because I had heard through the grapevine how wonderful they are and they did not disappoint. I absolutely love my new 2023 Toyota Corolla and Jenny and Sherry were extremely helpful and professional through the whole process, they went above and beyond. I would high recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

This my second purchase from Anchor Toyota and I have my third one on order and the reason being. Rick my salesperson is great to deal with if he not sure he will get a answer for you and I bought two from him since 2021 and my third is on order that says a lot about the person. And Sherri in the financial part of things she is by far one of the best at her job great personality funny never any pressure. The dealership as a whole really have good people I would definitely recommend this place to anyone you will not regret it

Team at Anchor Toyota, I am a 29 year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, I moved to Ottawa where I have lived and resided for 5 years. We love the opportunities that exist in Ontario BUT there is one thing that can not be replaced. CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had our family vehicle which was a dream truck for me stolen over the wknd. I called the Ottawa dealers thinking perhaps they would be interested in helping out a veteran and a community member in need, I wasn't looking for preferential treatment just some acknowledgement of a way to move forward to satisfy my family needs.
For the third time I found myself back in the good old province of NS and back with the fine family at Anchor Toyota, Steele Auto group, you should take note of this exemplary dealership! After discussing my needs and understanding with a family of two children and now a stolen vehicle, the staff made sure that I was taken care of and I can now rest assured that my family will have a vehicle and a financial plan going forward that works for us. Shame on the dealerships in Ontario, but they missed out a client that has now decided to buy two new vehicles because the staff understood my needs and offered multiple solutions. I have better things to do than write reviews but this was a special time that merited recognition.

Neither of our two vehicles, a Tacoma 2015 and a RAV4 2017 were purchased at Anchor Toyota; yet when we brought them in for maintenance and trouble shooting, the staff were welcoming and helpful. They have been exceedingly accommodating and professional. It is reassuring to know that they are there to provide top grade service for our future maintenance issues. A special tip of the hat to Service Manager Andre Macdonald.

Bought a used 2011 Tacoma back in July. The second day of owning the vehicle, whilst on a trip to Superstore. The Steering Rack blew out.
I recieved top notch service
- New rack
- New lines
- Free
However, recently I took the truck in to get a Transmission flush done on it. I wasn't sure if it was ever completed beforehand, so instead of doing it for the first time myself. I payed Toyota to do it.
Lovely service, took it right in. BUT when I got the vehicle back, I noticed the airbag light on.
Took it back, they put it on the computer reader (Free of charge I might add) and told it was the Clock Spring. And it couldn't have been them that broke it, because they were working on the transmission.

So I asked for a price.
-475 dollors (part only)
- 4 hours to change part (200$) labour
I didn't care muchly for that answer.

So I bought the same part (OEM) from a Toyota dealer in the United States.
-Paid 89.95 for part
- 30 minutes to install (alone I might add)

So really I've had good and bad experiences with this Toyota, which in my opinion garners 3 Stars

Looking for a previously owned Vehicle. Met Owen who helped us with my purchase of a previously owned vehicle. 2015 journey. It was easy no hassle and the entire transaction felt genuine.
They threw in a free oil change with the purchase as the vehicle was not ready on time for for pickup. Had an issue, took the vehicle in and immediately it was dealt with and returned to us. Andre was great.
Professional caring and wonderful service. Highly recommend.
Client care is optimal for this dealership. New or pre owned. They take care of you.

Called to book an oil change-waited 5+ minutes and thought there must be an error in the call transfer. Hung up and recalled. The gentleman who answered transferred me once again to wait to book an appointment. Waited 7: 22 and hung up again. Recalled and asked for a manager but they were all in meetings? So was once more transferred and placed on hold. Held for 20: 07 minutes until someone answered. I realize this is trying times with Covid etc but really over 20 minutes to book an oil change. Where is the customer service? Only trying to get new sales and no service? ! Maybe time to switch dealerships and makes.

I drive 2 hours from Halifax region to make my purchases and have all my service completed at Anchor Motors. Every aspect from initiating the service call set-up, to greeting and detailed technical explanation of what must be attended to and "why" and settling the account is always handled professionally, but with a touch of "down-home" humility. Only disappointment is that the free cookies and popcorn is no longer available.but that's on COVID ;)

I was having an issue with my Corolla and took it to Anchor Toyota.

I was blown away at how they went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. The service was amazing and friendly.

Trina Forward and Andre Macdonald where just amazing people to deal with.

I left with my car impressed and will definitely be going back!

Been waiting and waiting for information/details on a used truck they have here after I sent in the requested information they wanted. I think I received (1) 4 word email from the sales guy. I've decided to move on and look elsewhere. Lost sale. I've heard quite a few negative things about this place. Probably for the best I've decided to move on.

Service department can't even be bothered to remove the leafs from the cabin air fan when up charging the cabin air filter. Sounded like a kids bike with a playing card the the spokes. This happened twice, next time I will buy a filter and change it my self.
This silly detail is an example of what they don't do even when you pay for the service.
I can't wait until my warranty is up I will do my service my self. Like my other two Toyota's.

Anchor Toyota. The worst experience I ever had. I really really wished I never had gone there for my service. I have owned 7 Toyota Tacoma in the past 32 years. I decided not to buy another truck from Toyota again. It's a very sad day for me. I was a VERY die hard Tacoma person but never again thanks Anchor Toyota you really put a end to something that meant the world to me

Fantastic service department. Really ethical and helpful. One of the best Toyota dealerships anywhere. Beautiful showroom. Feels opulent, but doesn't overcharge. Fantastic.
