Andrew H. McCain Arena

Went here to watch Stage Prophets preform, Jesus Christ Superstar. This was a perfect place to have this. There is plenty of capacity for seating and might I add the seats feel fairly comfortable to sit in.
The biggest drawback I saw immediately was that there are no railings for people to hold onto while going up and down the stairs of seating. A few different times I saw people nearly fall down the concrete stairs because there is nothing to support them and even walking on the sides trying to hold a seatback wasn't possible because the seatbacks were not tall enough for this purpose.
I would think it would be well worth the investment of railings. (Better safe than sorry)
The walkway around the upper part of the arena is super wide with nice amount of space to walk without feeling cramped when a huge group of people are coming or going.

We went to their annual Christmas Craft Show and had a really nice time! Lots of vendors and POV, masks required.

Beautiful arena. Really fun to be able to skate around the ice during the free skate times. 10/10

Very nice complex. Excellent afternoon for the fundraiser Hearts on Ice. Well done everyone. Perfect venue for this function.

Amazing rink. BUT.the washrooms were totally disgusting, and every garbage can inside was overflowing. "Maintenance" staff must have had a few days off.

Great place for the Pee Wee AAA game. Past weekend. GREAT FACILITY. You can watch the game comfortably from your seat. Great to see the end to end plays this arena. Thanks!

I really enjoyed the show and the building is airy. Staff and students are pleased to meet you.

Amazing facility that provides so much for all ages. From Hockey to Basketball, Football, Rugby, Soccer and Racquetball. On top of all that a professional state of the art fitness center. Also a great facility for conferences and various organizations to spend time together.
Being on the edge of town makes for a great chance to dine out at an assortment of restaurants and pubs.

Nice arena, easly to get around. Acadia hockey team needs allot of work if they are going come out on top this year.

Best place to play and watch hockey in the Annapolis Valley. Seats are comfortable. Dressing rooms are nice size. Ice is well-maintained.

First time at the arena, beer is cash only, consessions have debit payment. 50/50 got pretty large with over $700 take!

Great box office staff to help with the hockey games. Have had an amazing experiences there with my son.

I can't say we've ever been here for a sporting event, but we always hit the craft fair, which has an amazing spread of talent. Be sure to get there early enough, since we ran out of time the last time we went and didnt get to see all the vendors. I'll be lookibg forward to attending some sporting events here when our kids get a little bigger. Just 3 and 4 years old now:)

We love coming here every year for the Christmas Craft show. We are from Halifax but make our way here every year for this. Great facility, and very wheelchair accessible, which is critical for my mother. Not enough accessible parking near the entrances though.

The arena is a older arena, so the seats arnt the nicest, but the hockey games there are pretty intense
