Anne and Shanea were fabulous to work with over several months and offers. We originally reached out to Anne because of her instagram so it felt like we already knew her. She walked us through the house-buying process and offered great guidance on how to make our offer stronger in a multi-offer setting. Once the offer was accepted, they had recommendations for inspectors and lawyers to keep the process going and meet our quick timeline. In the end we found a house that perfectly fit our needs in our preferred neighbourhood in large part to Anne reminding us not to compromise on location, as well as learning patience when the process felt a little defeating. We are so thankful to have worked with Anne and would highly recommend her to others looking to buy a home in this market.
