Moving is stressful. I can honestly say the service and attitude of the staff here, especially Erica and Breanna I believe, just made things easier.

Great response and coordination, and adept management of storage units and facilities. They made both booking and cancelation easy.

When I had to suddenly move I was in a panic to find a suitable and affordable spot to put my stuff. When I saw Apple Storage in Dartmouth online it was so easy to secure a unit, within my budget, and when I went there the staff was so helpful, respectful and ready to assist in anyway they could. The building was so clean throughout and the unit I leased was perfect. I would recommend Apple Storage in Dartmouth to everyone and anyone. If you are looking for storage space look no further that here, you will not be sorry.

Just used the Apple Self Storage in Dartmouth to temporarily store some furniture. Very pleased with the staff and service. Great location. Had a good selection of different size units, and were competitively priced. Easy to use facility.

Super easy to deal with! Easy online access to rent lockers. Erica is who I mostly dealt with and she is quick, efficient and informative!

Will definitely rent from this location again in the future if I need external storage again.:)

Used them on 2 different occasions, last time about 18 months both times without any issues or problems, I would recommend this company.

First time using/renting a storage unit and Erica made it all so very easy. We viewed the available 4' × 5' 's and 5' × 5' 's and I found one that would meet my needs (or so I thought). The place is clean, the passageways spacious and it is all available 24/7 using your own code (assigned) and lock/key (purchase one there or bring one with). They have moving appliances available and the staff that I met with are all great. Plus if you are expecting a package via Purolator they have Purolator pickup on site.

In my very limited experience I have a couple of suggestions.
1. Apple Self Storage is great! Seriously, everything I needed and close to where I live.
2. View and measure the unit (s) you are looking for so you know what to expect.
3. Do not ignore the "inside" lip of the pull up door (it takes up about an inch of inside space (which I neglected to take notice of; not the fault of Apple or Erica, that was on me for not noticing it).

Updated 18 October 2022. Erica and the staff and facility located at Apple Self-Storage just off Tacoma are fantastic. I recently purchased a new to me home and needed to upgrade my storage while waiting to move and they had the exact unit I needed and pro-rated it based on my current storage. Geat people and a great facility. While I just moved everything out, if I were to need storage again I would not hesitate to go to Apple Self-Storage. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a unit here for nine months and generally no complaints. I apparently left the garage door open in the main building one nite after I first moved in, and wasn’t too stoked on how I was confronted about that by the lady at the desk. Having said that, all of my recent experiences have been very positive. Recently moved my stuff from a 19x10 unit into a smaller one, and I found that the staff were very helpful during this process, notifying me as soon as the new space was available. So far, so good

It was a dark and stormy night… actually, it was a dark and stormy day, and I thank God that the rain held off until my move was over. Even if the rain hadn’t held off, it wouldn’t have been a big deal, as my movers could have just pulled into one of the covered bays and unloaded my things in climate controlled safety and comfort.

This was my first experience with the Apple Storage facility in Dartmouth (Tacoma) and it couldn’t have gone smoother. I was happy with my unit, happy with its location in the facility, and happy with the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the place. I’d done all the paper work and payment online a few weeks earlier and had also been given my access code at that time, so there was no need to sign in or do anything else in the office when I arrived. All I had to do was move my stuff into the unit and leave.

A special shout-out goes to Raeanne, who captains the Tacoma location. I don’t know how she does it, but she manages to keep the place ship-shape while also conveying a warm professionalism that is rare in the industry. It is truly a pleasure dealing with her.

Based on my own personal experience, I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this storage facility.

My experience with this location has been nothing but great. We are storing some of our parents things as they moved to an apt and there is not enough room for everything. We needed a place to store the things until they decide what they want to do with them. Raeanne at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. She found us the perfect size and the price was right! We feel like we definitely made the right decision to store here.

Great service. Staff are on point always ensuring I'm aware when bill is coming due and works with me to ensure I can pay it the way I want. Always a great experience. The staff there are super nice and very helpful. The space is clean and I feel part of the team every time I go to my unit. When I first looked into it, I was given clear instructions, prices, and guidelines.

We thought we would have our unit for a few months - well.it's been two years and pretty happy knowing our stuff is safe and sound and very close to home if we need anything quickly!
