Apple Self Storage - Halifax Westend

As I have been with Apple Self Storage for a fair bit. The service I received has been amazing. The team members have been help, compassionate, responsive and respectful. I have never received better service. Just for an example of what how they have gone over and beyond:
This past year, spring/summer when the fires and flooding occurred, they showed tremendous support and concern for my well being and my loved ones. Which speaks volumes to me in so many ways. I can never say Thank You enough. To each and everyone of you, Thank You.

Probably the best self storage facility in halifax, mainly because of its location in Chebucto Road which is really convenient, compared to U haul in bayers lake. The Facilities itself could be a bit hard to find at first but overall its really secure building with two entrances with cameras everywhere. You could enter through the office or a big garage type entrance good for vehicles with a keypad to enter. Sometimes I am concern when I show up to get some personal belongings and the door is wide open.
Once inside there is another door with a keypad and several carts to carry heavy items (also you have to purchase your own locks for your unit).

I've been a customer of Apple Self Storage on Chebucto Rd in Halifax, Nova Scotia since 2020 and the staff are always extremely very helpful, respond to my emails within the same day and are very professional, understanding and I would recommend this location to any family member and friends without hesitation. I don't just feel like a unit numer or customer and that's due to the amazing staff at the location I rent my unit at. I would love to have given a 5 star rating but the yearly rental increases during these financial times of hardship to me is just too much but I have no choice at the moment to keep my unit and basically my entire life of belongings safe and secure. The facility is well maintained, very clean, climate controlled and operated above what I could have ever imagined which is exactly what I had hoped for but they have exceeded my very high expectations. With that said once I no longer require the unit I currently rent, depending on my needs when I move, my husband and I will downgrade to a smaller unit to accommodate seasonal items and look into storage for our Harley Davidson motorcycle for the winter months if our new home doesn't have the space to store our motorcycle and seasonal items. I am very happy with Apple Self Storage on Chebucto Rd in Halifax, Nova Scotia and the process to intially start renting my unit back in early 2020 was very easy and straight forward. Thank you to all the wonderful staff from 2020 to date and most likely years to come.

We found this storage rental company to be excellent. The facility is centrally located, well maintained and the units are clean and dry. Communication is courteous and employees are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Friendliest people to deal with, they are a huge help when trying to find the correct locker that you need. The process to get a locker through them is very easy and stress free! I've used them twice in the last 2 years and they have made everything easy for me! Wouldn't go anywheres else

This is a location Purolator left my parcel when I wasn't home to receive it. I stopped in today to pick up my delivery and was very impressed with the friendly and professional service by the employee on shift. It's also very easy to park there which helps a lot.
