Apple Self Storage - Halifax Downtown

Apple Self Storage is a great place to access convenient and affordable storage units, both Jennifer and Michelle were very helpful with making reservations and handling any questions that came up. I had a lovely time working with them.

Great storage centre, easy 24: 7 safe access which you can drive in or walk in.

Parking available out front & units are reasonably priced considering others in the area.

Definitely recommend, especially given the location down town!

Do not recommend! Slammed my stuff on the floor, attitude was aggressive, I felt I was not welcome.

Have had a storage space with this site for some time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I had a bathroom emergency and they had no problem with allowing me to use theirs. Both the overall site and the BR are clean and tidy.

Used a renting unit with them for 4 months while gone for the summer. It was accessible, reasonably priced, and lots of different sized units available. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I had a package to pick up from this store. The girl at the desk was really helpful since I didn't have tracking number, she was able to find my package quickly.

I had a great experience with Apple Storage. Jennifer provided such incredible customer service, she was really accommodating to my needs, she even stayed late in the office the day I took my locker. The locker space was clean and spacious, the 24h access is perfect. The ladies at the front desk even watched over my plant when I had to unexpectedly leave the city for 3 weeks. I highly recommend.

Left my stuff in here for 4 months as I went back home from university. When I Came back to find $6000 worth of valuables (electronics and clothes) GONE. Found a full pack of illegal First Nation cigarettes. I reported it to the front desk and the lady told me the cigarettes were illegal. I asked her how she knew this. She then showed the SAME pack of cigarettes from her counter that SHE smokes. Pretty suspicious. It definitely makes you think, perhaps this was an inside job? Definitely quite the coincidence. If you want to risk getting your items stolen, I highly recommend Apple Self Storage!

I had 4 figures worth of valuables taken from my locker this summer. I have evidence that show that the break-in was an inside job. AVOID.

Great storage facility. Always clean, I've never seen any critters, and temperature control is always where it should be.

Everyone there is extremely helpful and professional. I'm constantly moving and switching out units and there is never any problem.

Definitely recommend this facility over many others in the province.

Great place to store your stuff. Staff is very helpful, only small issue is watch the steps by the loading dock, they are too small for a storage place.

They follow their own policies and procedures, which makes it easier for us to understand the agreements and contracts. Everything is Black and White with no shades of grey. Therefore you know that you are treated as well and as equally as the next customer.
I'd recommend storing here. I've used this facility on three different occasions and by far been treated the best at this one. Thats what keeps me coming back.

I had a fantastic experience renting student storage for 9months in 2020. Special thanks to Asst. Manager Audrey. She was very professional and cordial every time I interacted with her. This was the first time I rented storage in my life and Apple Self Storage made it very easy and simple. The only small hiccup I had was when I had to repeatedly request a formal receipt after paying for extended storage. I am definitely looking forward to renting again.

I was into the office on Brunswick st to pick out some packing boxes and stuff for a move I am doing at the end of the month. I was able to get everything I needed there, boxes, tape and paper. The girls that were working helped me figure out how much of everything I would need. If you need paking supplies go there.

My mom stores here i have been here a few times and the site is very clean and when i am able to go back to university i will definitely be coming here to store my items and the employees are super amazing.

With all that has been going on with Covid-19, the staff at Apple Self Storage on Brunswick St.has been very helpful and understanding. I've only been with them since November, but the helpfulness and kindness they've shown means a lot. I would recommend them to anyone. They're helpful, courteous and alway available to answer questions and the facility is very clean.

My daughter recently moved her belongings into storage for the summer. This facility was very easy to enter at all hours. The facility was clean. The drive-in bays were easy to get into and there was always a cart for us to move things from the truck down to the unit. Overall, it was a very stress free move at a time when we were already under stress due to the COVID-19 situation.

My experience with apple self storage was great! I had originally booked online, but decided to switch to a smaller unit when I moved my belongings later that day. Both the online reservations and in-person reservations were super simple to do-I was actually shocked at how easy both the move-in and move-out processes were! I found the prices to be fair, and I knew my belongings were being stored in a safe and clean facility. Plus any time I had a question or concern, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating!

Truly amazing service, rates were competitive, and the facility was very safe and well kept! My wife and I had an unexpected delay with our movers which caused us to arrive at the storage near closing. Despite that, we were still met with excellent customer service - to the point that rhe darker haired lady stayed a little later to show us exactly where our unit was, how to access it properly and that it was what we required. Would highly recommend Apple anyone in need of a storage space!

Terrific customer service from Jennifer. Original we overestimated the size of the unit we needed. Later that day, she arranged for a smaller unit and applied all necessary credits.

This location is also very convenient especially for temporary storage of university student furniture etc.
